Villa itself is integrated in a privileged area of pine forest with no neighbours, facing the golf course. The ideal place to enjoy nature and for long walks in unspoiled surroundings, all in close proximity to spectacular beaches.

Its concept of building has been based to give a spirit of holidays enlightening important aspects of quality of life such as: nature, good sun orientation and being located far enough of the confusion but not too far from the city.

An attractive living room / dining (100 m2) open space, with fireplace.

Open space ultra modern kitchen with wooden balcony for breakfast and very well equipped.

The villa have 5 bed rooms, 1 suite double bed, 1 suite with 2 single beds and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, sharing 1 bathroom and a social WC.

The bedrooms open into the garden and pool area.

The house is all on 1 level is user friendly for wheel chair.

Cable TV and Internet Wi-Fi

Outside:

The garden gives full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play.

There is a big terrace around the swimming pool (10m x 5m) to relax and enjoy the sun.

A pergola with roof lighting all around the house with a attractive outdoor furniture and a dining area with a wooden table and a barbeque, allows pleasant gathering and fine dinner outside.

Private parking for 3 cars.

A good property in lovely position on golf course

The property was clean and well serviced with excellant facilities and furnishings. The management company provided a very good service pre holiday and the local representaive was very helpful.

The golf clubhouse was well run with friendly staff and service.

Would recommend local Sabores da Quinta restaurante.

The house is located 6 km far from the village of Azeitão, where you can find a reasonable range of shops, bakery, butcher, bank, post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, there are nearby fish markets at Sesimbra or Setubal.

The region has excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and a small Swiss roll (tortas) are the specialities of the village.

Sesimbra, the closest city is famous for fish and shellfish restaurants.

Portinho da Arrábida and Sesimbra are the closest beachs,15 minutes by car.

For the golfers, there are 2 recommended championship golf courses: Quinta do Peru (on-site), Aroeira (15km) and Troia (20 km)

Lisbon 35 Km, Sesimbra 12Km and Azeitão 5 Km.
