Great outdoor space

10 of us stayed at this villa in August 1019. First the positives - the outdoor space is brilliant with plenty of sun loungers and eating areas as well as a BBQ and pizza oven. The inside of the villa looked tired and dated and needs money spending on it. The bedroom that we had was bland and the bed was really uncomfortable and creaked really badly, this was also the case in other bedrooms. The neighbourhood was awash with barking dogs which not only disturbed our sleep but also disturbed our sunbathing throughout the day. The area that the villa was in was very Portuguesas, which you could argue would be great but it wasn’t! There was no nice places to eat or nice places to visit close by ! The nearest beach was nice once you were actually on it but to get to it you had to either part in what could only be described as a shanty town or at the side of the road on top of the hill some 250 steps up from the beach !

BRILLIANT VILLA EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY

LOVED THE VILLA THEY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED INCLUDING THE WEATHER FOR DEC/JAN . CHILDREN HAD A GREAT TIME IN THE POOL AND PLENTY OF GAMES TO PLAY. BUT A CAR IS HANDY FOR GOING TO THE BEACH AND SHOPS TOO FAR TO WALK. AND COULD DO WITH SOME BLINDS IN THE TOILETS ESPECIALLY THE ONE OVERLOOKING THE PARK. ,

Fabulous Villa

On arrival, we were stunned at how large the villa was, it is much bigger than the photos show. Each room is a decent size and having space in the front, back and inside the villa for our party of 13 to eat together was really lovely. The dated feel of the décor was nice and gave the villa a lot of character. It was really helpful having the villa located so close to the airport, beach and supermarket. The manager was contactable when more towels were required and helpfully recommended and booked a lovely fish restaurant by the sea. There really is nothing to fault; we had a great time and look forward to booking again next year!

Nice, big house with all amenities

This house is perfectly situated, within 45 minutes from Lisbon and equally convenient for excursions to relevant attractions in Setúbal. The house is very spacious and with all amenities for a great vacation. Great vacation tips from Joana completed our great week. Highly recommended!
