Very nice apartment in the seafront of Los Boliches, Fuengirola. The Ronda 3 apartment is a very sunny complex, very popular all year round due to its sunny and large terrace and beachfront location. This apartment has the most spacious terrace (44m2) of the complex, facing south and west, with open views to the beach, sea, mountains, pool and surroundings. Very bright apartment fully equipped with living room (sofa bed) with AIR CONDITIONING and access to the sunroom and then to the open terrace. Equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the sunroom. Bathroom with bathtub. Terrace with table for 4 people & 2 sunbeds. Very well maintained community with pool, garden and parking if you have a car. NO HIDDEN CHARGES - Free clean and laundry at the start and end of your stay ALSO free electricity (air conditioning), linen & towels (except beach towels), internet connection WI-FI, Satellite TV, constant hot water & use of pool, parking, travel cot, sun beds, umbrella, table and 4 chairs for the terrace.

Martin lives in Fuengirola (Malaga) he is a lawyer with a master's degree in International Trade from the University of Padua (Italy).

When he finished his master's degree, he's taken up residence in Spain, where his family is now.

Great location opposite the beach

Great Location in Los Boliches right opposite the beach and a short walk from the station.

The apartment has everything you need including air conditioning, plenty of fans and free internet it also has a large balcony with outdoor furniture.

Be careful as it can get very windy so make sure you put the furniture away as the wind can go from a breeze to quite blustery very quickly

If you like tennis there is a club next door

Sarah and her mum are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble

Even bringing a sun lounger for the terrace as there were four of us with out even asking for an extra one

Would definitely return in the future

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is in a good location just opposite the beach. There are adequate amounts of crockery & cutlery & the beds were comfortable.Good tv with good choice of channels & very good building security with access to a nice pool

Fantastic Property

We are currently enjoying a fantastic holiday at this lovely apartment. It is everything that it appears from the description and is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi and TV are great - been updated to fibre optic today during our visit. The terrace is beautiful and gets the sun from lunchtime until evening. There are comfortable sun loungers which are a great help. They can also be taken down to the pool if you want (quiet during our visit). The location is great as you are straight over the road from the beach with it's comfortable sunloungers (5 euros a day).. There are also supermarkets, bars and shops within a 2 minute walk. Also as it so close the train station it is so easy (and cheap) to get here from the airport. Communication with Martin and Sara was easy and great. If you are after a lazy, relaxing holiday in a great location this could be the place for you.. We definitely hope to come back one day.

Clean, warm comfortable. Perfectly situated for the train and buses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to our friends. The cable was excellent as was the wifi and the view from the immense deck of both the sea and the mountains was absolutely beautiful.

Everything we needed

We rang Sara when we leaving Malaga airport and she was waiting to meet us when we reached the apartment. We were impressed, everything we needed was there, and it all worked. We have stayed in many s/c apartments before but this was the best equipped. Microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, full cooker and fridge/freezer, not to mention wifi and loads of English channels on TV.

The terrace was spacious with superb views of the sea. The new sunroom was a big plus.

We had a lovely two weeks. It was ideal for a couple, might be a bit cramped with children.

Loved the apartment and Los Boliches, sure we'll be back.

Great location, clean with everything you needed.

We have stayed in a few of the Rona 3 apartments, as it is a great location. When we arrived we were met by Sara, who was lovely made us feel very welcome, nothing was a problem and if we needed anything all we had to do was call her.

If you are sun worshippers like ourselves the balcony is perfect and a great size.
