Very nice apartment in the seafront of Los Boliches, Fuengirola. The Ronda 3 apartment is a very sunny complex, very popular all year round due to its sunny and large terrace and beachfront location. This apartment has the most spacious terrace (44m2) of the complex, facing south and west, with open views to the beach, sea, mountains, pool and surroundings. Very bright apartment fully equipped with living room (sofa bed) with AIR CONDITIONING and access to the sunroom and then to the open terrace. Equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the sunroom. Bathroom with bathtub. Terrace with table for 4 people & 2 sunbeds. Very well maintained community with pool, garden and parking if you have a car. About Martin

Martin lives in Fuengirola (Malaga) he is a lawyer with a master's degree in International Trade from the University of Padua (Italy).

When he finished his master's degree, he's taken up residence in Spain, where his family is now.

After that, he set up a Law Firm called 'Vilas Lawyers S.L.L.' www.vilaslawyers.com and 'Your Property in Spain' real estate agency www.yourpropertyinspain.com, both with address in Fuengirola.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to our friends. The cable was excellent as was the wifi and the view from the immense deck of both the sea and the mountains was absolutely beautiful.

Everything we needed

We rang Sara when we leaving Malaga airport and she was waiting to meet us when we reached the apartment. We were impressed, everything we needed was there, and it all worked. We have stayed in many s/c apartments before but this was the best equipped. Microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, full cooker and fridge/freezer, not to mention wifi and loads of English channels on TV.

The terrace was spacious with superb views of the sea. The new sunroom was a big plus.

We had a lovely two weeks. It was ideal for a couple, might be a bit cramped with children.

Loved the apartment and Los Boliches, sure we'll be back.

Los Boliches apartment

Had a lovely time, Los Boliches going into fuengirola is a long long promenade with loads of restaurants and beachy shops selling the usual tat. The beach itself is lovely plenty of sunbeds and room to just place your towel down if you prefer not to pay for a sunbed. This is an older persons resort though and very lacking of any music bars, even fuengirola didn't have any music bars, simply restaurant after restaurant. Take a day trip to Gibralta, well worth it to go up the rock, and not very far at all, just do the cheapest coach trip to get there and once there you can find loads of local trips up rock all fighting for your business and cheaper. If you are after a nice relaxing holiday Los Boliches is ideal. Only has one tourist information by the church/bus station which is closed for siesta 2-5. The mainline train is very easy to use and good from airport ect. All in all a nice holiday but would have liked some more life in the evening.

Great location, clean with everything you needed.

We have stayed in a few of the Rona 3 apartments, as it is a great location. When we arrived we were met by Sara, who was lovely made us feel very welcome, nothing was a problem and if we needed anything all we had to do was call her.

If you are sun worshippers like ourselves the balcony is perfect and a great size.
