Very nice apartment in the seafront of Los Boliches, Fuengirola. The Ronda 3 apartment is a very sunny complex, very popular all year round due to its sunny and large terrace and beachfront location. This apartment has the most spacious terrace (44m2) of the complex, facing south and west, with open views to the beach, sea, mountains, pool and surroundings. Very bright apartment fully equipped with living room (sofa bed) with AIR CONDITIONING and access to the sunroom and then to the open terrace. Equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the sunroom. Bathroom with bathtub. Terrace with table for 4 people & 2 sunbeds. Very well maintained community with pool, garden and parking if you have a car. A wonderful apartment

I stayed here on my own for a few days but I felt very safe as the apartment block was very secure and I enjoyed those few days before my partner arrived. There was everything there that you would need and the apartment was in a safe area with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Sara one of the owners was very helpful and was always contactable and kindly as we had a late flight back allowed us to stay in the apartment on the last day.

As usual it was great.

We have been going to Fuengirola for a long time and particularly love Los Boliches area.

We went to Martin's apartment last year and really enjoyed the fantastic terrace with all day sunshine. We went this year on 25th September for two weeks and enjoyed it even more because he has air conditioning now.

Good restaurants:: Go out the front gate turn left and about 10 mins walk to "The Wessex"

Go to the Marina and find the "Ku Dam" right on the water, or go to Fish Alley and find "Oscars"

Martin and Sara are great to do business with, no problems.

Just book it and go. You will not regret it I promise.....Jay Marshall

The apartment was very clean, appliance satisfactory even though we over had breakfast, we always like eating out, close to the beach, idle for the car we hired with on-site car park

The only problem we had was our last night the people upstairs decided to move all the furniture around till about 02:00 in the morning or that’s what it sounded like, apart from that we had a great holiday

Wonderful apartment

My two daughters and myself had a lovely 5 day stay in your apartment. The location, right across from the beach, close to train station,supermarket and restaurants was perfect and the facilities in the apartment were everything you could need. Thank you to Sara who was very kind and helpful. We are sorry that we missed you to say goodbye. Thank you so much a memorable time had by all

Great location opposite the beach

Great Location in Los Boliches right opposite the beach and a short walk from the station.

The apartment has everything you need including air conditioning, plenty of fans and free internet it also has a large balcony with outdoor furniture.

Be careful as it can get very windy so make sure you put the furniture away as the wind can go from a breeze to quite blustery very quickly

If you like tennis there is a club next door

Sarah and her mum are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble

Even bringing a sun lounger for the terrace as there were four of us with out even asking for an extra one

Would definitely return in the future

Convenient location clean & comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is in a good location just opposite the beach. There are adequate amounts of crockery & cutlery & the beds were comfortable.Good tv with good choice of channels & very good building security with access to a nice pool
