This outstanding contemporary villa offers incredible views to 3 bays in the north of Mallorca, located on the top of the hill with easy access through the residential estate, in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Pollença.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The lounge doors lead to a large pool terrace with BBQ. There is white cream marble stones across the terraces and inside the infinity-style-swimming pool. Air-conditioning and central heating throughout the villa.

The villa is located a short-distance to the town centre of Pollença where you can find many bars & restaurants. The ancient town of Pollensa is transformed each Sunday morning when Placa Major becomes a hive of activity as the magnificent weekly market reclaims the square and fills any space not otherwise occupied by the delightful outdoor cafés.

Superb villa, fantastic views but car essential.

We stayed in this amazing villa for a week with our family 6 of us plus a 5 month old baby. The views and position are breath-taking. The villa was furnished to a high specification with all home comforts so we did all of our laundry before coming home (so no piles of washing upon arriving home). The weather was unfortunately changeable (storms and rain mixed with sunshine) so the villa became our home from home. Michael the villa manager (and his family) were lovely and agreed to come to check us out at 9pm (usually to be 10am) because we were flying late, and the staff at Balearic villas (Gemma) also very understanding. There were a few things which would have improved the functionality, minor things but quite important. Towel rails in the bathrooms, and some nice bed coverings. The bedrooms are fine but being all white, lacked that extra finesse which one would expect in a villa of this quality. The villa is quite difficult to find, and as we arrived at night it was quite unnerving driving on these narrow roads to the elevated position of the villa. We would however definitely like to come again.

Pollenca is one of the most beautiful and attractive places in Mallorca and also one of the first to develop tourism on the island. Its great geography of colors, makes Pollenca a favoured place for artists. Gradually Pollenca has become home for many Europeans, giving it an almost cosmopolitan character.

Pollenca is highly cultural and there are many galleries and typical craft shops like Galerias Vicenç, and Casa Maria. Here, traditional family heritages of crafts, arts, textile design and embroidery still thrive today.

As far as the weather goes, Pollenca enjoys a fantastic climate and is ideal for nature lovers, golfers, nautical sports and other excursions. Every year the people celebrate the 'Music festival of pollenca', regularly attended by H.M. the Queen Sofia. A typical activity is the Sunday Market and the 'Fira' in November where local products exhibited.

The best hikes to make across North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de Maria, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and 'La Atalaia de Albercutx'. Also the Formentor peninsula offers amazing excursions to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat. You could also visit one of the isolated bays such as Cala Boquer, Cala San Vicenç or Cala Castell. There you will also find the peninsula of Formentor.
