Holiday Alert! If you’re looking for a fabulous family holiday villa in the sun, Villa Alba is the answer to your dreams.

It’s all rather beautiful here in this little hideaway just outside the beautiful town of Pollensa in north Mallorca.

In fact, there is something genuinely magical about Villa Alba, sitting outside on the soft furnishings, G&T in hand as you watch the sun go down and, one by one, light the candles that surround the swimming pool.

In the evenings you may wish to fire up the barbecue for some tasty home cooking outdoors.

This exceptional holiday property is just perfect for families. Sleeping up to 6 in the lap of luxury, it is geared towards children as much as mum and dad. You’ll find a large wooden playhouse in the garden, the children’s bedrooms have all the furnishings you would expect, there’s even table tennis to burn off some of their energy!

And then there’s the private swimming pool. 8m x 4m and rectangular in shape, the pool is surrounded by delightful decking, luxury sun loungers and a gorgeous garden. The whole family will just love to cool off here when the midday sun is at its height.

The interior of Villa Alba is a designer’s dream. The stunning open-plan lounge/dining area can only be described as ‘eye candy’. Achingly cool, it’s all brilliant white, tasteful black and features subtle touches of stainless steel and chrome.

The lounge area is furnished with large charcoal-coloured sofas and easy chairs. There’s a striking black and white rug and the tasteful monochrome prints on the wall compliment the villa’s overall privileged feel.

There is a large wall-mounted satellite TV on the wall and a DVD player too. You benefit from wi-fi throughout so you can easily keep in touch with the ‘real world’!

Huge french windows let in the soft Mediterranean light and the whole property is air conditioned with both hot and cold.

You’ll discover a delightful covered terrace too, with fabulous views overlooking the mountains. The perfect place for an al fresco family breakfast.

The fully-fitted kitchen is delightful - all sparkling white and easy to clean. It features the latest appliances including a large American-style fridge/freezer.

Villa Alba has 3 beautiful bedrooms providing the utmost comfort and luxury. The master bedroom is a double; the other two are twin. All are en suite and feature wall-mounted TVs.
