Historic farm house: exquisite renovation, large indoor dining room (50 m2), living room with gas fireplace, music system, original stone walls, ancient stone ceiling vaulted room with flat screen TV, (Spanish channels with HDMI input).

We are a family with four adult children living in Switzerland and we love to spend as much time as we can at our home in Mallorca. We are not living there, so a casual rental may be made available from time to time.

Ideally located in the non-touristy southern corner of Mallorca near Campos, S'Hort Gran d'es Palmer offers its guests total relaxation on the 7 hectare property. If its biking, hiking, beaching, golfing, great restaurants or shopping you're after, it is all nearby. Live-in staff is Spanish speaking with some French and English.

Wonderful relaxing and elegant farmhouse

The property is perfect for a larger group of friends or family. It is stylish, practical and kept immaculately by the lovely couple who cater and live at the place. It is set in beautifully kept grounds surrounded by olive trees.

The house is a short car ride away from Campos where you can find shops and restaurants. And the beach is reachable with an easy bike ride.

The rooms are spaceous and clean and the patio area is fantastic! Perfect for large dinner parties and dancing.

We will be back!

Fantastic!

I loved this property! It's perfect for groups or large families. Located in the beautiful countryside outside Campos, it's incredibly peaceful and yet just a short ride to the beach. The owner was so gracious and made just the right suggestions for hiking, biking, shopping and discovering the most spectacular beaches of Mallorca. The staff, a young couple living on site, were charming and efficient. The house and grounds were immaculate and super comfortable. There's lots of space in and around the house and we particularly enjoyed the covered terrace - a beautiful spot for poolside meals, parties, or quiet lounging. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Magical vacation

Hi Melissa, it is coming up to 3 weeks since we left S'Hort Gran d'es Palmer; we all had a wonderful, fun, "chilled" time and everybody was enchanted by the overwhelming beauty auf your estate. Paola and John were kind, professional, efficient, helpful, all with a smile on their face. I have to mention lovely Fatima, who jumped in a few times when my language skills seemed to fail. It was overall a family event never to be forgotten.

Gorgeous property; lots of room to relax

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here -- the ultimate place to relax and enjoy all that Mallorca has to offer. Plenty of privacy in each room, comfortable bed, spacious accommodations. The pool and porch area are the real highlight of the property. A perfect place to lounge after a swim, enjoy meals with the group, or read in the afternoon. Amazing beach, es trenc, is a short bike ride or drive away. Nearby town Campos is very charming. If you're a cyclist, there is plenty of scenic countryside to be had with long, flat stretches and well-maintained roads. What will keep you coming back, though, are the stunning views of the fields at sunset!

Perfect house for a large familiy with children

The house and garden is in perfect condition. Wonderful large garden. Very quiet place.

All kitchen devices work.

All rooms are individual and in a good condition.

Es Palmer is the perfect location to enjoy Mallorca without tourists. The best place to sit outside without having too much sun is the pool area. The large extra house in front of the pool provides a large table and sevaral couches to relax. Kids can be easily observed while playing next or in the pool.

The Mexican couple is just wonderful - always smiling and provided everything immediately when asked for something. Always there and never disturbing!

Communication with the owner is very nice, effective and an instant response.
