Exquisite country estate 16 people – 7 bedrooms/7,5 baths plus an independent apartment with ensuite bathroom, living and kitchenette.

300 year-old stunning, lovingly converted farm house, tranquil, surrounded by 7 hectors of olive groves and wheat fields, former boutique hotel, between the famous es Trenc beach, and charming village of Santanyi. S'Hort is 5 km from the world-class thermal spa and resort Fontsanta Hotel.


Bedrooms: 1 independent apartment with bathroom, kitchenette, double bedroom, living and dining areas, 2 luxury bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 5 executive double bedrooms with ensuite living rooms and bathrooms. Most bedrooms are on ground level making for easy access.

Living area: large outside porch (75 m2) poolside covered with 2 seating areas and enormous dining area. Historic farm house: exquisite renovation, large indoor dining room (50 m2), living room with gas fireplace, music system, original stone walls, ancient stone ceiling vaulted room with flat screen TV, (Spanish channels with HDMI input).

Amenities include state of the art Gaggenau kitchen installed in 04.2013 incorporating 300 year old arches, caretaker family on-site to look after you, swimming pool, beautiful pool “porche” area, petanque court, ping pong, Wi-Fi in living areas, plus outdoor seating area with fire pit.

Southern Mallorca, in the non-touristy corner of the island is a paradise for many sports; biking, lovely walks, golfing, stunning beaches, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba and deep water soloing (free-style rock climbing over blue-green coves).

We are a family with four adult children living in Switzerland and we love to spend as much time as we can at our home in Mallorca. We are not living there, so a casual rental may be made available from time to time.

Ideally located in the non-touristy southern corner of Mallorca near Campos, S'Hort Gran d'es Palmer offers its guests total relaxation on the 7 hectare property. If its biking, hiking, beaching, golfing, great restaurants or shopping you're after, it is all nearby. Live-in staff is Spanish speaking with some French and English.

Stunning property with a lovely ambiance!

This property is absolutely stunning. The main buildings along with the guest rooms are all beautifully decorated and have everything you can desire for a stay at a proper Mallorcan Finca! The multiple ensuites and the lovely hacienda makes this the perfect place to visit with a group of friends or family!

Our stay couldn't have been any better. The villa is STUNNING - a really sympathetically converted farmhouse with some stylish twists. All of the bedrooms are lovely and great sizes - perfect for having lots of guests to stay without anyone feeling they got a 'worse' room...! The gardens, orchard and pool area are also fabulous with lots of privacy. I'm starting to gush now - you get the picture, the villa is great.

Your experience is only enhanced by the housekeepers (John & Paola) who went out of their way to be helpful. They were around when you needed them but also gave you privacy when you didn't. We also had the pleasure of having them cook for us - I was little sceptical of what to expect - I needn't have been as the food we had at the villa was some of the best we had all holiday.

The owners (Missy & Bob) were a pleasure to organise our stay with - super responsive, utterly charming and full of handy tips - I'm just sad we didn't have the chance to meet them in person.

If you are weighing up your options of this villa vs any others, don't, just go ahead and book it. You won't be sad that you did!

"Shangri-La "

This was a very special holiday for our family ,bringing 4 generations together for the first time. The owners description suggested a very special property and our high expectations were fulfilled.The house is set in a gorgeous estate and the whole experience was an idyl of beauty and peacefulness.The information provided was accurate with well chosen recommendations for restaurants and local activities which never disappointed. We were superbly looked after by the staff on site,John and Fatima; 10/10 for helpfulness and efficiency.

My 50th birthday party with all my loved ones

16 friends and family had the most wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Everything was just perfect, the home was airy and fredh and spotlessly clean. Signor Jon and Signora Paola looked after us impeccably, preparing delicious meals every day. The local beach was just a few minutes away by car and was well serviced and clean but we mostly stayed at the villa enjoying the tranquility of the pool, playing bocce and resting from a few nights out in Palma which is really very close. The local market which was on Wednesday was great . We would recommend this home to anyone, young or old alike and we will definitely be returning.

Exquisite home for group of family or friends

We highly recommend this beautiful home as a treasured vacation spot for a group of family or friends.

The home itself is elegantly decorated with attention to the smallest details and a wonderful blend of rustic country complimented with up to date amenities. The individual rooms are clean, well maintained and each one opens up to a beautiful view of the garden and orchard beyond.

The staff is lovely, warm and attentive.

The exquisite setting is perfectly suited for any type of getaway. You can simply relax by the pool surrounded by lavender, olive and almond trees or retreat from the sun in the covered comfortable outdoor living area while being served delicious meals lovingly prepared with local ingredients.

Various activities satisfy many levels of interest and adventure, including white sand swimming beaches, boating, biking, hiking, golf, shopping, dining and sightseeing. These activities are all within 5 - 45 minute drive.

Before being served a delicious dinner, you can play Bocci on the regulation size court next to the garden, as you witness magnificent sunsets.

After a full day, sit for a bit under the moonlight in the chairs surrounding the fire pit and count your blessings for having found such a magical spot to vacation.

Clearly, we loved it.

Stunning property with beautiful views

This is a one-of-a kind property: elegant, yet simple and comfortable with beautiful grounds, pool and views. We loved the hacienda ambiance and the spectacular olive groves. Situated in a rural part of the island, the property is a bike ride away from the beach and close to the town of Campos. The interiors are spacious, immaculate and very comfortable; of the eight bedrooms, four have private entrances and the others are part of the main house, providing options for any kind of group. The property could work well for one or two families, or several couples. We loved the outdoor veranda by the pool, boules court, and enjoyed watching the sunset from the second floor terrace. The state of the art kitchen opens onto the dining room, which is comfortable for a crowd or just a few. Paula cooked us fresh fish and local dishes, and breakfasts that included eggs from the resident hens. John, her husband, maintains the property meticulously and we found them both delightful. We can’t wait to return.
