Cute, quaint and everything you could want in a apartment for a week away.

The apartment was perfect, clean, everything you need and the most comfortable bed I have stayed in since going away. We was 10 minuets from the local city which was perfect. You are spoilt for choice for places to eat, we tried somewhere different each day. Breakfast at Cafe Coloniale is ideal. We visited Lake Garda which was beautiful and only an hour on the bus. The main reason for our trip was my birthday and wanting to see Juiliets balcony, it was worth it. The sun was shining, the people were friendly what more could you want. Alessandra and Maria were more than helpful to us, we thank you both very much. Will see you again soon Cara & Steve & Bump x

Beautiful Verona

A lovely apartment and great for exploring Verona for the independent traveller. The apartment was very well equipped, and ideally located for exploring the city of Verona. Myself and my wife spent 4 nights in October. A trip to Mantua and Desenzano del Garda on the very reasonably priced trains (I'm comparing to the UK !) are also well worth visiting. Alessandra was a very nice lady and very happy to help. Communication was no problem, and she answered all our questions. It was a very enjoyable visit. Many thanks for a nice stay.

Relaxing, Comfortable Stay

A beautiful apartment, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Myself and my partner spent a long weekend here. Alessandra, her husband and her daughter were absolutely lovely welcoming people. All spoke good English especially her daughter who is a charming young woman. The apartment was clean and presentable in a quiet, quaint and safe neighbourhood. Just a short walk across the bridge of the town and you were in the thick of it, all the attractions, Juliet's House, Castelvecchio, The Arena etc... The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, travel plugs, heating, ceiling fan, decent size tv etc, and our hosts were very accommodating offering us sightseeing ideas and even a taxi to the airport for cheaper than the main cab companies, which was greatly appreciated. I would advise earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the bells of the local church tower ring in the morning time but this just adds to its charm. The location is lovely and very close by to Giardino Giusti, a beautiful medieval garden dating from the 16th century which is a must see! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to soak in a mixture of the quiet life but have the buzz of central Verona just a short walk away! Thank you for having us. Beautiful Apartment in convenient location

Casa di Vittoria is a very pretty apartment, exactly as photographed. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We arrived earlier than expected but the owner, Alessandra, was there to meet us within a few minutes. The apartment building has a lift, so no problems getting luggage to the apartment, which is on the first floor. It is little more than five minutes walk to the Ponte Nuovo, which takes you across the River Adige and almost immediately into the historic centre. There are several trattorias within a few minutes walk of the apartment, and a supermarket just across the bridge. There are cafes and restaurants along the river on the other side, which is also a lovely walk toward the Ponte Pietra and the Duomo. We had only one disappointing meal during our stay, the Pescheria I Masenini in the Piazzetta Pescheria, which we definitely would not recommend. Our favourite restaurant, 'Teodorico', which we would highly recommend, is beautifully situated at the top of the hill by the Castel di S Pietro, and the food is sublime. Verona is a beautiful city and Alessandra and her daughter Victoria could not have been more helpful. We were aware of street noise from outside the apartment, but with the windows closed at night it wasn't a problem. We definitely would return.
