Stunning views across the Mediterranean and 50 metres to the beach with private access.

Features security entry systems and private communal pool and private garden area.

Shops, bars, restaurants and water park are close by. Ibiza super clubs Space and Ushuaia and Bora Bora are all within easy walking distance. Ibiza town is 5 minutes away by car and there is a ferry near the apartment which will take you to other beautiful beaches close by, Formentera or Ibiza Town.

Amazing apartment, close to everything.

Just returned from a 3 day stay at the apartment. From my first enquiry, till the second we got back the owner Martin has been very attentive and quick to reply. We met a lovely lady outside the apartment who showed us around and gave us the keys.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and a path took you straight out onto the beach. The apartment has a balcony and seating area off the living room with sea views but it also had a massive, separate private roof terrace.

Honestly, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was lovely and quiet but just a 15 minute walk down the beach to Ushauia and Bora bora.

We'll definitely be back, perhaps with the kids!!

I require a 400 Sterling (600 Euro) refundable deposit paid into my Bank account before arrival and is returned upon departure, if everything is ok. Alternatively CASH upon arrival can be paid.
