Our luxury front line apartment with breathtaking views is located in the heart of the "strip". Located seconds from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. Taxis, local and tour buses are directly outside. Clean, modern and well equipped, this huge one bedroom apartment benefits from coin operated air conditioning to all rooms.(supplied with complementary credit for normal use) Lounge consists of flat screen TV with IPTV (English channels).WIFI, safe, DVD player with USB input (Bring your movies on USB). Hifi with Ipod/MP3 connection. Sofa bed, 2 x chaise lounge, wall fan, specialist lighting control, electric shutters and did we mention the view! Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is now complete with washing machine fitted June 2017. The bedroom has twin electrically adjustable latex beds, great lighting, HIFI and fan. Our pictures really speak for themselves . Bathroom is compact but sufficient. Note the steps in the lounge are not in use and the apartment is on one level.

Please be aware that the apartment is located in the heart of the tourist area and therefore there are many bars, restaurants and clubs that are open till very late every night. There is some outside background noise, however we have soundproofed the bedroom in May 2016 and the noise has now been drastically reduced, but it is not silent at night.

The apartment is part of a group of 4 set apart by locked gates. There is also CCTV around so the area is very safe

Our rates can be negotiated so please contact us if price becomes the issue. However for the location, view and size we believe it is good value for money.

Why Sam chose Puerto del Carmen

Used to holiday in Lanzarote then decided to live there to raise our children. Always went to the most popular beach in Lanzarote the Playa Grande, Puerto Del Carmen. This particular stretch of the beach is perfect since it has shower facilities and toilets. It was also the most convenient area for all the most popular restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors etc. If you are looking to be out nightly to enjoy the many bars and clubs, this apartment is ideal for you as its directly in the heart of the tourist zone. It can also be enjoyed by couples and families but please do take into account the location.

What makes this apartment unique

This particular apartment is uniquely positioned and has an almost unspoiled view to the sea and mountains. On some days the island of Fuerteventura is visible. It is meters away from everything you may possibly need to be able to enjoy this beautiful volcanic island.

“I could not recommend this place more. Exactly as described, in a fantastic location within walking distance of nearby restaurants, pubs and shops which made our holiday all the more enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had all the basics you need. We tended not to use the air conditioning much as we preferred the fans ourselves. That view - what a way to wake up each morning looking out on the sea - fabulous. As for noise, I can honestly say we were never kept awake at night with noise from local nightclubs, I feel the apartment is adequately sound proofed as our sleep was never disturbed. Our contact on the island, Danny was brilliant and answered any questions etc we had. Could not have asked for more and already looking forward to coming back and staying again soon!”

Loved the resort and the island, lovely place and something for everyone.

The apartment was exactly as described, we were warned of loud music at night from the owner prior but I’ve stayed in more disruptive hotels.

The apartment has all we needed, well equipped and comfortable.

The view is excellent, and really close to a lovely part of beach, but the only improvement you could make would be a balcony, that really would be ideal just for watching the world go by!

I don’t normally stay in the same place twice, but for location and price I’ll definitely return to this apartment sometime in the near future.

Loved it

Had a fabulous week staying here. Lovely apartment with the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. Apartment comes well equipped with everything you need (apart from a corkscrew), however, I bought one and left it there for future use. Numerous places to eat and drink and make merry and all right on the doorstep. Bus Stop is directly outside the apartment as well, which we made use of for a trip to Playa Blanca for the day.

Overall, cannot rate this highly enough. Sam the owner text to ask if we were ok and Danny next door was on hand for anything we needed.

Very much look forward to doing this again. Thank you Sam.

Well equipped beach front apartment

Just spent a month in this apartment for my 70 th Birthday. It was quite hard to find but worth it. It is well equipped and has everything you need. The panoramic window overlooks the sea across the road. It is in centre of Puertto del Carmen above all the bars and restaurants. A very convenient spot with bus stop and taxi rank just on doorstep and within walking distance to the shopping centre and the port. Taxis are cheap if you don’t fancy the walk. Sitting on the chaise by the huge window, people watching whilst relaxing is an asset.

There is loud music at night which I must point out that Sam pre warned us about this but with earplugs ( provided) and a few cocktails it wasn’t an issue.

So thank you Sam our stay in your very reasonably priced apartment. Also thanks to Danny who is on hand in case of any hiccups Xx

Right in the heart of peuto del carmen stunning views from the large modern apartment which has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay , a little noisy on an evening but after a long day on the beautiful beaches and a few drinks on a night you won't even hear it 😊 Great time great weather ☀️

Fantastic Appt in Puerto del Carmen.

Excellent appt that had just about everything.

Can't rate it 10 out of 10 as no balcony.

Other than that it has all you need. Fantastic views, excellent restaurants close by and a Spar just round the corner!

Not that we had any problems but Danny is next door to assist if any were to come up.

Absolutely fantastic place and despite location near clubs, etc. Noise was never a problem.

Ideal position

Lovely stay, we enjoyed watching the ironman from the window. Sam was helpful throughout and even rang from England when we had a minor problem and Danny was on hand and very helpful.
