Our luxury front line apartment with breathtaking views is located in the heart of the "strip". Located seconds from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. Taxis, local and tour buses are directly outside. Clean, modern and well equipped, this huge one bedroom apartment benefits from coin operated air conditioning to all rooms.(supplied with complementary credit for normal use) Lounge consists of flat screen TV with IPTV (English channels).wifi, safe, DVD player with USB input (Bring your movies on USB). Hifi with Ipod/MP3 connection. Sofa bed, 2 x chaise lounge, wall fan, specialist lighting control, electric shutters and did we mention the view! Well equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has twin electrically adjustable latex beds, great lighting, HIFI and fan. Our pictures really speak for themselves . Bathroom is compact but functional.

Please be aware that the apartment is located in the heart of the tourist area and therefore there are many bars, restaurants and clubs that are open till very late every night. There is some outside background noise, however we have soundproofed the bedroom in May 2016 and the noise has now been drastically reduced, but it is not silent at night.

The apartment is part of a group of 4 set apart by locked gates. There is also CCTV around so the area is very safe

Our rates can be negotiated so please contact us if price becomes the issue. However for the location, view and size we believe it is good value for money.

Why Sam chose Puerto del Carmen - Tias

Used to holiday in Lanzarote then decided to live there to raise our children. Always went to the most popular beach in Lanzarote the Playa Grande, Puerto Del Carmen. This particular stretch of the beach is perfect since it has shower facilities and toilets. It was also the most convenient area for all the most popular restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors etc. If you are looking to be out nightly to enjoy the many bars and clubs, this apartment is ideal for you as its directly in the heart of the tourist zone. It can also be enjoyed by couples and families but please do take into account the location.

What makes this apartment unique

This particular apartment is uniquely positioned and has an almost unspoiled view to the sea and mountains. On some days the island of Fuerteventura is visible. It is meters away from everything you may possibly need to be able to enjoy this beautiful volcanic island.

Apartment is in an excellent position. Wonderful views of the sea. And of the surrounding area. Beds are good quality.

The only noise Is the Base of the music from the clubs. Ear plugs do block it out. But if your a light sleeper you can get woken up . after a few days you end up getting use to it.

A washing machine would be a good idea.

Found Sam and Danny very helpful. Any problems were sorted out. Sam is contactable all the time. Good apartment if you want to be in the heart of it all.

I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

The location and view are excellent and the apartment is extremely well kitted out and comfortable. We found Sam & Danny very helpful, professional and attentive. Access to the apartment is gated and so is very secure. There are many excellent restaurants close by and we found that the fare at The Royal underneath was as good as any. There is a sandy beach directly across from the apartment which is ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

NOISE IS A BIG ISSUE !!

This apartment is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants and over the road from the beach. It is very spacious and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. HOWEVER - there is a nightclub just 100 yards from the back of the apartment (on the side of the bedroom) which plays extremely loud 'club' music until 4am EVERY morning. Whilst it states that earplugs are provided, there is only so much noise that earplugs can block out!! On our stay, these earplugs were not provided so our first nights stay was an absolute nightmare, especially as we had been up since 1am that morning for our flight. We purchased our own earplugs the next day, along with beach towels which were also not provided as had been previously stated, but once we notified Sam (the owner) he did promptly ensure that we were fully reimbursed for the money we had paid out.

The Wi-Fi connection is very good and fast, however the television is quite temperamental, only working half of the time which was quite frustrating.

We had booked a 16 night stay in this apartment and were advised that there would be cleaner calling in half way through our holiday to clean the apartment. This never happened. Sam was very apologetic saying that the cleaner had been ill and he did refund us £25 for the inconvenience, but this does not compensate for the fact that we did not have our apartment cleaned once in 16 days!! We did not want money, we wanted a clean apartment!!

The only way to get clean bedding and towels is to knock on the next door apartment (belonging to Danny who looks after the apartment). However, he runs a bar until 4am every morning so we didn't feel comfortable disturbing him until late afternoon. We did knock on him after being there for a week and asked for clean sheets and towels which he got for us with no problems. Once we stripped the beds however, the new bedding didn't fit and it smelt foisty. We couldn't ask Danny to look for some more as he was by this time at work so we just put the old bedding back on and made do.

This apartment has been kitted out with all the 'mod cons' but some of the finer details have been overlooked, e.g. a shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo etc.

All in all, we had a comfortable stay here and Sam is helpful when called upon, but the noise was a massive problem, and the lack of cleaning to us was a major issue.

Fantastic Apartment

Booked Apartment for my 60th birthday. Had a great time. Apartment has a great location, all restaurants bars shops on your door step. No problem with noise, bedroom room was very quiet. Will book this Apartment again, thanks Sam.

Great Apartment in the perfect location

Second time staying in Sam's Apartment and another great holiday - literally a two minute walk across the road to the beach, perfectly positioned in the centre of the strip and what must be one of the best views to relax to on the Island. Even all the UK channels on the TV if you want to stay in. What more do you need?

Very Relaxing, Perfect Position for the Beach and Bars.

A little hard to find, hidden away above some bars and restaurants. A nice apartment with a sea view very close to all the amenities.

This was just what the doctor ordered, very relaxing, clean, and close to everything. We've stayed in Lanzarote before and known it was in a lively area on the sea front, if you've been before it's near Route 66. You can hear the music from the bars at night, but we didn't mind that. There is a great bar outside called Danny's Bar, when you meet Danny it's like meeting a good friend you haven't seen for a long time, and he'll answer and questions you might have when you arrive. The owner Sam is a nice chap to talk to and will answer any other questions you might have.

Overall the apartment and position is perfect for a break in the sun, just wish we'd of stayed longer.

We'll be going back again, hopefully soon.
