Casa Suenos is a charming four bedroom villa arranged on two floors. Ideally situated in the San Jaime area of Moraira just a one minute walk from a wide choice of restaurants, bars, Pepe La Sal supermarket and a new fitness centre that offers holiday memberships. The villa also benefits from being within a level walk on pavement of the centre of Moraira and its golden sandy beaches. Well presented and furnished throughout the private gardens include a large pool terrace and a larger than average 10m x 5m private pool with roman steps. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned, UK freesat television channels and fast wifi internet are also provided.

Entry is via electronic gates with parking for several cars and a car port. The villa is entered via a hallway with guest cloakroom leading into the very spacious lounge/ dining room with feature fireplace. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and UK freesat television channels, decorative dining table and chairs with matching sideboard and a two and three seater sofa. The lounge has access to two dining terraces, to the front via patio doors with mountain and country views and to the rear overlooking the pool and on to the El Portet area of Moraira in the distance. The modern, independent fully fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces, a range of eye and base level units, an electric integrated oven and separate hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, double ceramic sinks and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a separate utility room situated at the pool level of the villa. A hallway leads from the living room to the two upstairs bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is a large family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, W.C. And double wash basin. The two other bedrooms are accessed independently (no internal stairs) from the pool terrace. There is one double and one twin both with air conditioning and a range of wardrobes. There is a small fridge and kettle in the double bedroom which also has double patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The large shower room has a walk-in shower, W.C. And wash basin. The pool area is accessed from the main villa down a few steps and accessed directly from the lower bedrooms. The pool is larger than average,measuring 10 m x 5 m with Roman steps, a pool-side shower, large terraces and a gas BBQ. Here there is a decorative stone dining set and a gate leading to the drive and car port. The gardens feature a range of mature trees and shrubbery.

The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.

Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.

For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.

Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.

For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.

    more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.

    * Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
    (approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
    during your stay.

    * Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
    charge will apply.

    * You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
    foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid

    * Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
    days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
