Villa Francisca is a spacious villa in a privileged, quiet position yet close to town and beach. It benefits from very large, private grounds that include a driveway for several cars, large lawned gardens and spacious terraces with a built in barbecue area and table tennis table. The views from the terraces are beautiful and extend out across the surrounding countryside. Air conditioned throughout with UK satellite television and wifi broadband. Highly recommended.

Situated in a cul-de-sac location, remotely controlled electric gates lead into a very large gravelled driveway with space for several vehicles. Entry into the upper floor is through either the poolside or rear garden stair case. Entry from the pool area leads into a large glazed naya (conservatory) with seating areas overlooking the pool, featuring beamed ceilings and furnished with bamboo sofa and armchairs and at the other end a second sofa and armchairs. Glazed double doors from the Naya lead into the lounge which is air conditioned and has seating for 8 or 9 people, satellite television with UK channels and DVD player. There are two dining tables (one through an archway) which together seat 12 guests. If preferred these dining tables can be moved into the Naya overlooking the pool and gardens below. A doorway from the dining area leads into the kitchen which is again spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. The kitchen has a doorway leading out into another small seating area overlooking the gardens with doorway leading to stairs down to the driveway. A hallway from the living room leads to upstairs bedrooms. The master suite has air conditioning and double doors leading out onto a small private balcony with room for chairs and a lovely open country view. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower, it also benefits from ample wardrobe space and ceiling fan. There is a second spacious upstairs bedroom which has three single beds, air conditioning, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Stairs from the hallway lead down to the downstairs accommodation. The first of the downstairs bedrooms has three single beds and is air conditioned with built in wardrobes. The second downstairs bedroom has double bed, air conditioning and built in wardrobes. The third downstairs bedroom has twin single beds, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The three downstairs bedrooms share use of the downstairs bathroom. A hallway leads to the downstairs living area which has a small kitchen, a large fridge-freezer (ideal for storing poolside drinks and snacks) , washing machine, microwave and sink. There is also a large pantry style cupboard and comfortable sofa and armchairs. A door from the living area leads to a fantastic pool side dining area with a large dining table (for ten to twelve guests) and a sofa. Double doors from the dining area lead out to the pool and gardens. The pool is surrounded by spacious paved terraces with eight sun beds provided and circular stone dining table with circular benches. There are steps spanning the width of the pool at the shallow end, ideal for small children. The gardens offer a good degree of privacy and the pool area is surrounded partially by hedges. There is a pool side brick built barbecue. The gardens include large areas of lawn behind and to the side of the pool with palm trees, mature olive and fruit trees. A quality villa with a pleasant ambience that is ideal for large groups, families with children, spacious accommodation, in a tranquil yet convenient location.

  • * Complete flexibility - This villa can be booked from any start date for any duration to
    suit your exact requirements, with a minimum stay of just 5 nights.

    * Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
    towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
    more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.

    * Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
    (approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
    during your stay.

    * Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
    charge will apply.

    * You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
    foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid

    * Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
    days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
    the balance due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

    * Pets policy. Some of our villas accept pets. Please contact us for details.

    * Long winter rentals. Some of our villas are available for between a 3 to 7 month period
