Villa Romeros is a modern villa built to a high specification and furnished with superior quality furniture both inside and out. With incredible open views across to the old pueblo village of Benitachell and a large terrace with private pool it represents excellent value for a family holiday.
Entry to the villa is via the large lounge/dining room with a leather sofas and chairs, flat screen TV with some English satellite channels and a DVD player. There is an attractive modern glass topped dining set and matching sideboard, and air conditioning. Double patio doors lead to a terrace with dining furniture and wonderful open country and mountain views. A staircase leads to the pool and terraces. From the lounge is an open plan modern high quality kitchen with granite work tops, integrated fridge/freezer, double sink, full oven and hob and a dishwasher. On this level there is also a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and W.C. A staircase leads down to two further bedrooms, one twin with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The other bedroom has a king size double bed, a separate dressing room, air conditioning, en-suite with corner bath with shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The separate family bathroom has a walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. Outside there is ample terrace space with lovely open views and ample high quality furniture. There is a covered area for relaxing in the shade, a gas BBQ and an 8m x 4m kidney shaped private pool with Roman style steps with hand rail and a poolside shower. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room with a sink and there is parking for two cars on the driveway. There are pretty gravelled gardens with Mediterranean shrubs. A tasteful and well equipped holiday villa, highly recommended.

It is well serviced by a huge variety of restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops and a short drive from golf, theme parks, water parks, safari parks and many other things to do.
If you wish, it is always possible to escape the madding crowd and seek serenity in any of the quiet coves along the coastline or immerse yourself in the Spanish culture which is still the backbone of Javea's way of life today.

- * Complete flexibility - This villa can be booked from any start date for any duration to
suit your exact requirements, with a minimum stay of just 5 nights.
* Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.
* Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
(approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
during your stay.
* Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
charge will apply.
* You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid
* Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
the balance due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

* Long winter rentals. Some of our villas are available for between a 3 to 7 month period
