Three 1 Bedroom Cottages, one 2 Bedroom Cottage and one 1 Bedroom Suite

Lambriggan Court is a group of beautiful listed stone barns which have been converted to luxurious holiday cottages. The barns are set around a pretty courtyard in 8 acres of private gardens and grounds. The cottages comprise a two bedroom cottage which sleeps 4 people and three one bedroom cottages which sleep 2 people each. In addition, we have a Suite which sleeps 2 people and can be booked in addition to any of our cottages.

Each of our cottages is decorated and equipped to a luxurious standard. We provide high thread count cotton bed linen and bathroom towels for our guests comfort. The cottages are very well equipped with free wifi internet access, TV, DVD player, radio and hair dryer. The kitchens are also very well stocked with all the equipment you are likely to need.

Our gardens and grounds extend to around 8 acres. There is a lovely courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. There are numerous benches around the gardens and many places to sit out, including our thatched 'jungle house' beside the small lake. Our grounds are not suitable for young children due to the amount of deep water (stream and lakes).

Lemon Cottage is a one bedroom cottage overlooking both the gardens and the courtyard. It has an open plan bedroom and sitting room, a luxuriously sized bathroom (with separate bath and shower) and a well equipped kitchen/dining room. Lemon also has its own private garden with beautiful views.

Perfect! Ideal place for exploring Cornwall.

The cottage was absolutely lovely. It was well fitted out and tastefully decorated and made our stay in Cornwall very pleasant indeed. The bathroom was amazing. There was a nice welcome pack of local cider and apple juice with some home made brownies. Milk in the fridge for that cup of tea you need after a long drive. Eggs freshly laid by the ducks and hens on the property. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary and Fiona the owners, they have thought of everything. Our expectations were well exceeded!

Lambriggan Court is a collection of lovely old stone barns which we have converted into luxurious holiday cottages, all set around a beautiful courtyard and in around 8 acres of gardens and grounds, complete with a stream, small lakes and our free range chickens and ducks. The rural setting feels wonderfully tranquil but is only about 2 miles to the golden sand beaches and coves of Perranporth and St Agnes. It is also surprisingly close to the main A30 trunk road so most of Cornwall (Truro, St Ives, Padstow, Newquay, Penzance) can be reached within around a 30 minute drive time. It is an incredibly convenient spot.
