Comfortably furnished throughout, Casa Vista offers all of the ingredients necessary for a relaxing break in the sun. The fourth bedroom is situated in a self contained apartment with its own lounge, small kitchen and bathroom making it ideal for grandparents, friends of the family or teenagers. The covered upper terrace offers good views to the sea and the property features Tosca stone arches, both internally and externally, as well as modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Access to the property is via the gated driveway with space for two vehicles as well as further space outside of the property for a third or fourth vehicle is required. The main accommodation is on the second floor accessed via the large covered naya with Tosca stone arches and a large outdoor dining area. Outdoor dining furniture of 8 guests is provided. Entry through the door leads into a comfortably furnished, spacious split level lounge/diner, the lounge featuring comfortable sofas, an attractive fireplace, TV with DVD and cable channels and air conditioning. A few steps from the lounge lead up through the Tosca archway to the dining area which is also air conditioned and leads on to the separate kitchen. The modern kitchen has plenty of space and includes an integrated dishwasher. A corridor from the lounge leads on to the three bedrooms on this level. All of the bedrooms feature air conditioning, new beds, modern furnishings and built in wardrobes, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share the family bathroom. On the lower level with outside access is a cosy guest apartment with fourth bedroom. It features a kitchenette, small lounge area, double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a separate barbecue to the rear of the property and the 8m x 4m swimming pool has steps at the shallow end, ladder at the deep end and is enclosed by attractive stone ballustrading.

suit your exact requirements, with a minimum stay of just 5 nights.
* Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.
* Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
(approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
during your stay.
* Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
charge will apply.
* You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid
* Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
the balance due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
