Ideally situated within a 15 minute walk of Moraira. This villa features two separate living spaces. Downstairs there is a two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, lounge/diner with LCD TV, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor offers a lounge/diner, separate full kitchen and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Lovely valley views are available from the lounge, master bedroom and many of the terraces. Javiento is ideal for two families sharing that require a degree of privacy or for families with teenagers or grandparents joining them on holiday. The upper floor of the villa can also be let at a reduced rate between November and May at which time full central heating and pool heating is available, please inquire for further information.
At street level there in an entrance gate and a private carport for two vehicles. Steps lead up to the entrance to the lower apartment. Here there is a private terrace with table and chairs offering lovely valley views. The apartment offers a small lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, dining table. LCD TV/DVD player and a small kitchen. This spot is ideal for teenagers or grandparents travelling with the party or a second family. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with use of a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. External steps lead up to the main house and to the pool area. Here, additional to the main pool area, there are small private outdoor terraces with tables and chairs. Entry to the main floor is via the kitchen/diner, which is very well equipped. The lounge is spacious and benefits from beautiful views and satellite TV with a good selection of English channels and a DVD player. On this level there are two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The twin bedroom includes a TV and PlayStation 2. The master bedroom is particularly large and well-furnished and is ideal for adults wishing to add additional beds or cots for children or babies. The pool area is large and features a covered pergola with a dining table and a lovely built in barbecue area, as well as a small children's pool which is great for toddlers and youngsters. The property is located on Cami De L'estret very close to Moraira and within easy walking distance of the centre and beaches. Due to the number of steps up to the main level it may not be suitable for the very elderly or infirm. Heated pool facility available on request for GBP 100 extra per week.

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.
Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.
For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.
Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.
For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.

* Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.
* Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
(approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
during your stay.
* Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
charge will apply.
* You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid
* Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
the balance due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
