This stunning property is perched on a hillside , overlooking Javea. With panoramic sea views that extends all the way to the island of Ibiza on crisper days. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated with every convenience from satellite TV to air conditioned bedrooms and remote ceiling fans in living areas. whilst there are many steps at the villa, it does have a brand new lift, making it easy for guests with bags or mobility issues. This beautiful, elegant villa comes with our highest recommendations.

The villa is situated on Monte Puchol, above the old town in Javea. It has been recently refurbished and consists of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an 8 metre x 5 metre infinity swimming pool, with a new private Otis lift to take you from the parking area to the villa. From the pool area, lounge and terraces, as well as many of the bedrooms, you have breathtaking views of the port, the old town, the Arenal, Benitachell, Calpe, Ibiza (on a clear day). Entry from ground level is via the newly installed lift or stairs. On the first floor is the stunning infinity pool with spacious terraces. Patio doors open into a small lounge area, with comfortable seating and a mini kitchen with a drinks fridge, sink and microwave as well as TV with Playstation and DVD player. Also here is a shower room and twin bedroom. As this bedroom is split level with one of the beds elevated with a guard rail it is particularly popular with children. At the other end of the hallway on this level are two further bedroom. One is twin with beautiful views out to sea, and the other is a spacious double, with room for an additional bed or cot and a spacious luxury ensuite bathroom with wet-room style shower and patio doors leading out onto the terraces. This bedroom also has patio doors onto the pool and stunning views. Interior stairs lead up to the second floor. Here there is a very spacious open plan lounge / dining area, which is beautifully furnished and benefits from a wall mounted flat screen TV with full satellite package and a music system. The whole of the upstairs is lined with windows and french doors, and the outside features an enormous covered naya, as well as an open terrace with two dining areas, and magnificent views. The kitchen is off the lounge area and is state of the art luxury with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and many other new Bosch appliances and features. On this floor are three further bedrooms, one double and two twin, although one of the twin rooms has 2 x 1.05m wide beds which can be wheeled together to make a massive 2.1m wide bed or wheeled apart to make 2 large singles. This twin room is ensuite with an enormous shower and has doors straight onto the beautiful terrace. There is a second, spacious twin bedroom here and a further double bedroom. On this floor are two further bathrooms, one with a bath, and one with a huge shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the lounge areas have wonderful electric remote controlled ceiling fans, which are wonderful for keeping cool. All the bathrooms and the kitchen are newly fitted and very luxurious, and as the lift provides access from the ground to the first floor, this property is suitable for those with limited mobility, or even wheelchair users, bearing in mind that the lift does not go to the top floor and there are a few steps up to there.

  • * Complete flexibility - This villa can be booked from any start date for any duration to
    suit your exact requirements, with a minimum stay of just 5 nights.

    * Rental prices include sales tax, electricity, water and gas consumption, linen and
    towels (including a change of linen and towels mid-stay for holidays of 12 nights or
    more), as well as cleaning before and after your holiday.

    * Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
    (approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage
    during your stay.

    * Air conditioning, pool heating and wi-fi broadband internet are available, but an extra
    charge will apply.

    * You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
    foldable beds, portable air conditioners (If fixed units are not available) and maid

    * Payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cheques (not within 30
    days of your holiday start date). A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with
    the balance due 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

    * Pets policy. Some of our villas accept pets. Please contact us for details.

    * Long winter rentals. Some of our villas are available for between a 3 to 7 month period
