A delightful villa with wonderful sea views offering spacious living accomodation and several terraces. The large pool and surrounding gardens offer excellent views from every aspect. The property is fully enclosed and is just a few minutes drive to all the restaurants and the golden sandy beaches of Moraira. This delightful property is well presented with elegant furnishings and large rooms throughout. Benefits from air conditioning in all five bedrooms, wi-fi internet, heated pool and UK freesat channels.

Entry via a private driveway leads to the main entrance on the upper floor. Here there are three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge with satellite TV (including BBC, ITV, C4, C5 and Sky Movie Channels) and interior dining room and a spacious kitchen with dishwasher. On this level there are two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a double bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are very well presented and furnished. Also on this floor is a wrap-around terrace with incredible sea views right down to the bay of Moraira and across to Calpe. There are ample sun loungers as well as a gas barbecue, outdoor dining suite and shaded areas. The lower level (accessed by exterior staircase) consists of one double and one twin bedroom, a seperate full bathroom and a second fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a lounge and dining room. The seperate living spaces make this villa the ideal choice for families with teenage children, in laws or two families sharing. On the lower level is the swimming pool, measuring 9m x 4.5m. From the entire pool terrace there are panoramic sea views, with plenty of sunbathing terraces on all sides of the villa, so that at any one time sun or shade is always available during the day. Also on this level is a large built in barbecue (meaning you can choose between using this and the gas one upstairs), plenty of exterior dining space, and a shaded area with a relaxing sofa to watch the sea. For very large groups, we have two other villas on the same road as this one. There is space in this property for one cot or additional folding bed for a small child, available as an extra item on booking.

We loved our stay at villa del campo. The weather was fantastic, the views awesome & the villa was excellent. We had a couple of very minor issues - the door on the downstairs washing machine was broken & the pool heating stopped working a few days into our holiday but in both instances a quick email to vivian at owners direct had a maintenance man out within the hour. Service was second to none! As I mentioned, the views were gorgeous but that did mean we were some way up a very steep hill. Fine if you've got a car or are very fit. Elderly, disabled etc may find the climb problematic. The villa was very well equipped with everything you needed. Just don't plan on cutting meat etc as the kitchen knives would struggle lol. The pool at the villa was great. The kids and adults all had a lot of fun everyday here. It's a real sun trap and not overlooked at all. I would recommend that you pay the extra for pool heating - it makes a huge difference. Moraira itself is lovely & quiet with lots of good and reasonable eateries for all ages. The chinese buffet and the ice-cream shop were a big hit! There are no nightclubs etc so no drunken yobs at all - great for families not so good for stag parties etc! We loved our stay here and will definitely return. We had a day sight seeing in Valencia which was lovely but id say take the train - its like the whacky races on the Spanish roads in the city - not for the faint hearted lol. We found the area, the weather & the villa all made for a perfect relaxing break. Just wished we had booked for longer than one week!

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.

The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.

Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.

For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.

Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.

For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.

    * Villa Damage deposit. A non-refundable damage / insurance deposit of GB Pounds 7
    (approx. Euros 8.20) per person is charged per holiday to cover any accidental damage

    charge will apply.

    * You may also order any of the following extras: Welcome hampers, cots, high chairs,
