This spacious, charismatic property is located across from the Marché-Germain and down the street from the Saint-Sulpice Church. With three bedrooms, a large living area, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen, the apartment combines modern comfort with historic charm.

On the second floor of a secure building, the apartment is remarkably luminous, and offers lovely views from its balconies.

The kitchen and living area are to the left of the entrance, the bedrooms and bathroom to the right. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a King. The first large bathroom has a shower, separate bathtub, a washer & a dryer. The second bathroom contains another shower and the toilet.

The photos are extremely accurate, the apartment is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was very clean. The area it is in is charming. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and would strongly recommend it to friends and family.

Great Location, Amazing Property

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week during Christmas. The location was perfect and the accommodations were Amazing. The staff at Glam Paris met us there on our arrival and they were super helpful. The Flat is in a nice building a few blocks from the busy St. Germain, so it is quiet, quaint and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, centrally located apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Ste. Germain. The kitchen and bathrooms are quite modern, while the apartment maintains its historic charms. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to almost of all Paris' major sights and also enjoy the neighborhood. We would certainly stay in the apartment again and would recommend it to others. The only downsides were that the apartment only has one toilet and the street below was somewhat noisy on weekend nights only. Our experience with Glam Paris was fantastic and everything during our stay worked perfectly.

Great apartment in St. Germain

This apartment in St. Germain was perfect for our needs. My wife and I have both been to Paris before several times, and know our way around somewhat, and now have three school-aged children we wanted to introduce to the city. Samia's place was the perfect base for our visit. We are very fond of the area, and really appreciated the comfort, cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment, which was convenient to the Metro, the local Monoprix grocery store, and tons of restaurants, bars (not that we got to visit those with kids in tow), cafes, the Jardin des plantes, etc within easy walking distance (toy boat sailing in the Jardin des plantes (apparently a time-honored activity there) was a highlight). There's a great bakery right downstairs. The apartment itself was very airy, clean and well-appointed, and had a nice wrap-around balcony which brought the neighborhood into our resting times at home-base. The building was very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again if possible.

Great place!

The flat was perfect for a week with the part of our family that visited Paris. The photos accurately represent the flat; we rented from Paul and he was responsive, informative and professional. Everything we needed was there. The flat is very open and airy. Although on a busy street corner during soccer games, the noise did not bother us. The area is great for restaurants, local transportation, sightseeing. Although it does have only 1 toilet, the 2 showers and 2 lavatory areas were great. It has been updated and all the appliances and finishes are modern and work well.

Amazing Apartment

My parents, husband and I stayed at this lovely apartment for 10 days in September. The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures and even better in person. The bedrooms are a great size with comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living space is very roomy. It was so nice to come back to the apartment after a long day of site seeing. It's located The amazing neighbourhood of

Saint-Germain-des-Prés and close to many metro stations. Our representatives at GLAMPARIS made the entire process very easy right from the initial booking through to our arrival back home. They did a great job of ensuring the apartment was clean and ready for our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this place and hope to get back there myself very soon.

Stay tax £0.73 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5, 6 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

Payments by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer are accepted. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
