About this property

Contemporary style villa located in the exclusive area of Cala Estancia (belonging to Ca'n Pastilla), just 500m from the beach.

The beach Cala Estancia, awarded with Blue Flag, has an extension of 220m by 37m wide, composed mainly of white sand and calm waters. It has regular services such as bus, urban parking, rental of umbrellas and hammocks, water sports and even is suitable for diving.

The house of new construction is distributed on three floors. The ground floor consists of a large and cozy open living room, where you can comfortably enjoy from the sofa a wide selection of TV channels (Astra satellite), DVD player, Freeview and WIFI connection.
The dining area, with an extendable table, is located between the living room and the kitchen, with exceptional natural lighting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: American fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a modern smoke extractor. It consists of a central island, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or snack.
It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

On this same floor we find a room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor has 3 double bedrooms. One of them with double bed and full bathroom en suite, equipped with a beautiful hydromassage bath. The other two rooms are composed of 2 single beds each, and share a bathroom with bath, located in the corridor.

On the upper floor there is the last room, with two single beds and the possibility of adding 2 extra beds.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and protected from external noise, thanks to the double glazing of all the windows.

The large balconies (safe for children) offer the possibility to relax or sunbathe.

On the terrace, protected from the sun, you can enjoy the barbecue and magnificent lunches and dinners overlooking the private pool, as well as a ping pong table and darts game.
The villa has a garden and a large area where you can relax and sunbathe around the pool.

Near the villa you can enjoy different activities and attractions such as: golf course, horse riding center, Palma Aquarium (one of the largest in Europe), many cycle routes, natural and quiet beaches, wellness SPA to relax, club Beach and restaurants only a few minutes away.

Modern villa with a couple of snags

Large modern villa with a couple of snags that if they put right would be a great place Located 2 minutes away from the promenade with you can walk for miles. We rented bikes and cycled in to central Palma 8 miles. There is a beach In Walking distance 10/15 mins. 2 parks within 3-5 min walk. 10 mins walk to bustling restaurant area and small supermarket. 10 min walk to a large shopping centre with high street shops We were left without water for 6 hours which meant we couldn’t flush the toilet have showers and wash our hands which ruined our day and not very hygienic . The electricity went a couple of times we were there luckily we had an electrician with us and knew why hot water and dishwasher suddenly stopped working Says it sleeps 10 but not enough chairs inside or outside to all eat together Internet is quite poor. Unfortunately for us the weather was bad so we were streaming films which internet dropped out regularly for periods of times No dish cloth to wipe down side or broom to sweep up crumbs Only had 8 pillows for 10 people No soap in 2/3 bathrooms Wasn’t shown how to use heating and couldn’t find control for first / days All small niggly things but adds up and puts a downer on the week Plus side we received a massive bowl of fruit on arrivals which kept the kids happy

Great villa but really needs some updating

Overall it’s a great villa, spacious, great facilities, good location. The table tennis and pool was great for the kids but the decking was very worn and needs replacing. Some planks lifted when you walked on them making it quite hazardous especially for kids. The steps were uneven with some nails exposed at one end so we put a bucket over them to avoid anyone standing on them. The are two lovely balconies that could be so much better with furniture on, so you can enjoy sitting out there. The trees in the neighbouring garden could do with trimming as they blocked the sun around the pool from approximately 15:30 which is the nicest time of the day sit out for me. So that was a shame. The bathroom showers could do with being replaced. They were quite mouldy in places and wood flooring in them was uneven. If more than one shower was on at the same time the water went from hot to freezing. The kitchen facilities were great and there was plenty of plates etc. Communication was good with the villa managers. Each time we text with a query response was prompt and helpful. The bus stop is two minute walk away which takes you into Palma or can pastilla the other way. Very handy to get around €1.50 euros wherever you go. On the whole we had a lovely holiday. The drawback in paying in euros is that the refundable deposit was less when refunded due to the exchange rate. Bit disappointing.

fabulous house in can pastilla

WE had a great visit in Can pastille at this house. Very spacious- there were ten of us- and very clean. Lots of clean towels and super to have a massive fridge and freezer! The pool was loved by the children and the location was handy for the beach as well as for getting into Palma centre easily. Jose was great to communicate with before we arrived and was on hand to explain how the house worked. The weather was amazing- which helped a lot. You can get a bus straight to the airport from just up the road- so try that rather than a taxi!Thanks again! Chiara Piacentini

Stunning Villa - a real joy to stay here

My wife, son and I stayed at this villa for 5 days. The villa was stunning. Very modern, contemporary, spacious and full of all mod cons. It was well maintained, clean and tidy. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool was a good size to have a decent swim and play about in. My son enjoyed the top balcony as he is into plane spotting and could watch the planes either taking off or coming into land depending on the wind direction. This is an idea villa for a large family. The villa is less than a five minute drive from the airport. There is a large Carrefour supermarket about a eight minute drive away where you can buy a huge selection of groceries and drinks. The sea front is a short walk away as are a number of bars and restaurants. We will certainly be returning. We had a great stay and only wished we had booked for longer
