Three bedroom water front house in Port Grimaud Sud

20m berth available from the 10th July till the 22nd of July and also from the 15th to the 27th of August. Price 200 € per week.

3 bedrooms, sleeps 5, 3 toilets/shower rooms,large lounge, garden with patio The house comprises of entrance hall with laundry/toilet and fully fitted kitchen. There is then the lounge dining area with French windows opening on to the patio overlooking the water. There is a TV with the five main uk channels and DVD player.Hot water is instant via a combi boiler. Off the upstairs landing is a shower/toilet room. The master bedroom has a French window overlooking the waterway. It has a large built in wardrobe and a double bed. There is an en suite bath/shower/toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third room a single. There is ample storage space in both rooms. This House is in the very sought after area of Port Grimaud Sud, minutes from Place Spoerry with its Restaurants and Bars and within walking distance of the Private Beach of Port Grimaud Sud. The house comes with parking space and passes for the residents boat. The is also the possibility of renting the berth at a small extra cost.

Port Grimaud is a wonderful place to discover, as it sits on a waterway of canals. During your stay you will have access to the residents water taxis which will take you round all areas, you can jump on and off these to explore. Grimaud Village is nearby and the village and the port are connected by a small train which leaves Port Grimaud and heads for the village every hour in the summer. The village has many lovely bars and restaurants. The large beach at Port Grimaud has a water sports area for hiring equipment and getting instruction. There is plenty to do for both adults and children.

Absolutely Fantastic , beautiful little house

We stayed at this lovely house for a week

Very very peaceful . Comfortable , simple .

Near to everything . Restraunt. Ferry. Shops.

Parking outside.....private gated road.

Defiantly rent again.

The couple who look after the house are also very helpful

Rentals begin at 4 pm on the first day, and end at 10 am on the last day.
Linen and towels can be provided at a cost of 25 € per person per week.
There is an additional charge of 120 € for end of stay cleaning.
The security deposit is due the week before arrival.
This will be returned within one week of departure.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
