Torre Rosa Apartment set in a lovely complex with communal swimming pool and lawn gardens. The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the tower, giving it a large wrap around private terrace. Inside, the property is a large and luxurious kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining for six and a spacious lounge with comfy leather sofas and satellite tv and dvd player. There are two double bedrooms, each with comfy and attractive interior, a bathroom with a full bathroom suite, and an en suite wet room in the master bedroom.

The beach, newly developed Marina and a whole host of stylish restaurants and bars are within a stones throw away, making Torre Rosa the perfect venue for families, couples and friendly get-a-ways.

PLEASE NOTE - This apartment is only suitable for those wishing for peace and quiet during their stay as this is a tranquil community.

About Marina

We are private home owners who enjoyed the beauty, tranquility and energy of Ibiza over several years. We reformed the apartment from a former spa, into our first ever home. Having re located back to the UK, other holiday makers are now invited to enjoy the fun and beauty of Ibiza from our lovely Torre Rosa apartment.

We loved it so much so that nothing I find is ever quite as good !! It’s on the right side of SE, near the Marina, large spacious apt which had a home from home feel with a fab balcony, a communal pool with lovely neighbours, and peaceful – perfect. We loved it, and the 4 of us would go as far as saying it was the best holiday we’ve ever had, and we’ve had a few, so thank you !!

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location

This is a return holiday to stay in a super property for our family of 4 (children ages 6 & 9). It had everything that we needed and is well maintained. A massive supermarket and great park are out of sight but only a 5 minute walk away. The marina with cafes, restaurants and a beautiful beach are all within walking distance. We would also recommend the tree top challenge in the next town along - 2hrs on all sorts of high ropes, low ropes and zip wires. We would happily recommend a stay here.

Beautiful apartment and perfect family resort

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Eulalia in May 2017. The apartment was ideal for what we needed, well cleaned, kitchen well equipped although didn't really 'cook', who would want to on holiday esp. with such an amazing choice of restaurants.

The location was 5-10 walk to the Marina and a little further to the centre and beach but a perfect location as the walk is a delight along the Marina/promenade. Apartment was unusual, unique in circular design rather than a standard apartment we liked it with the balcony running all around. Pool and gardens were lovely and clean, very well kept. This time of were quiet and had the pool to ourselves when we stayed around all day one of the days.

Only criticism however would be the bedding which was quite inadequate for May night time temperatures and quality. Ours was ok after found duvet and put cover on ourselves. My parents didn't have a duvet or duvet sheet but we found an extra blanket to keep them warmer. My 3 yr old slept on good air bed provided but it didn't have a bottom sheet so he slept on a towel 1st night and no duvet cover on stained (but I'm sure it was clean) duvet. Marina's father came round next day to see if we needed anything and we told him about the bedding situation. He was very pleasant and gave us a bottom sheet for my sons air bed but we still didn't have all required bedding. Basically we managed and didn't let it spoil our hols.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was spacious and modern and was in a great location. There is a lovely pool with a few sunbeds, and most of the time it was fairly quiet.Only a few minutes walk from the marina and main town where there are loads of bars and restaurants. It's also very close to 2 beach clubs Ses Sevanis and Babylon. These are great for an afternoon drink or a spot of lunch while enjoying the view. All in all a great holiday. Thanks Marina

Fabulous apartment

I would highly recommend this apartment, we stayed for a week 2 adults and 2 children.This apartment is huge, the layout is one apartment to each floor of building so the balcony goes all the way round. Really enjoyed our stay here, very close to Resort centre, beach, marina, bars, restaurants etc very nice resort. The only thing that was missing was a second toilet. We would definitely book again.

Fantastic peaceful apartment in a great location

The apartment was very well equipped with good quality furniture and appliances. This is a very peaceful location with great facilities, however if you want some life everything is just a 5 minute walk away.

We felt safe and secure in the apartment and on the island and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely apartmeny

We had a little very stay over Easter.nthe apartment is beautiful. We stayed with my 2children. There was plenty of room and the apartment had everything that you could possibly need.

It's in a really nice, quiet complex which was perfect for a quiet family holiday. The town was nice with a great beach a little walk away.

Would happily stay here again.

Refundable Damage Deposit £500

The rental period is variable, 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. A £500 inventory and breakage deposit is required, to protect against possible damage to the property. this is returned as soon as we receive the keys back and no damage is reported.
Linen is provided and maid service is once a week.
