Rural villa situated 3 km from the beach in the outskirts of Pollensa. The house consists of first and second floor with a total of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen dining/living room and utility room. Furthermore the property offers a terrace and pool area with jacuzzi, large gardens with a pond as well as beautiful views. The entire house is heated, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

It has an automatic barrier own parking entrance

Nice and private house with a lot of holliday feeling

Nice and quiet place close to Pollensa and Alcudia. The house fit perfectly for two families with kids and was equipped with all you need. The twinbeds were a bit hard but everything else was just as we hoped for. With two turtels in a pond and lemontrees and rosmary bushes around the house. The swimmingpool was a huge pluss and the owner was very nice and friendly. Owerall a very nice, clean and cozy house :-)

Furthermore the North of Mallorca is surrounded by the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range and many small bays are also to be found.
