Refurbished stylish 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with views of Brevent

Jonquille 323 is a one bedroom apartment in the centre of Chamonix. This 3rd floor apartment has been completely refurbished and provides well located, stylish accommodation.

The apartment opens into a small hallway with storage with the other rooms leading off. In the bathroom is a washing machine and a shower over the bath. The WC is separate. A well equipped kitchen looks into the living area where there is a dining table for 4. Folding doors can be opened between the living area and the bedroom to create a greater sense of space. A glass door opens onto a small balcony with views towards Brevent ski area.

It comes with free WiFi, underground parking, ski locker and a balcony overlooking quiet gardens. The apartment sleeps up to 3 with a double bedroom and a sofa which has a pull-out single bed in the living area.

In Resort we can help to pre-arrange all your in resort requirements e.g. ski-passes (delivered to your property), ski equipment, ski guiding or lessons, any summer or winter activity. We can also arrange food hampers, welcome packs, breakfast and bespoke meals. This is a free service which is aimed to help you start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive. Keys are collected from the office and we are on hand throughout you visit. An optional daily cleaning service is available, price on request. Cots and high chairs are available separately to hire.

Ideally situated and well equipped

An ideal apartment for two, within metres of the centre of Chamonix. Perfect location for the Aiguille du midi cable car for a keen climber to access his climb! Well equipped and comfortable. Planning to return next year if it's still available.

limpio y suficiente para dos personas, buena ubicación

en general correcto. Un poco de ruido por las noches debido a la ubicación (cerca de bares).

en el apartamento hemos echado en falta un extractor en la cocina; iria bien para poder cocinar sin que la cocina y el resto del apartamento se llenen del olor de la comida.

Owner's Response: Hi Martin, Thank you for your review and it's true, there can sometimes be a bit of noise in the evening in Chamonix Sud due to the proximity of the bars and restaurants. Whilst on one hand it is great to have so much choice nearby, the noise of people's voices can travel... I am also aware of the lack of an extractor fan in the kitchen (it is the same in the majority of the apartments in that building). As the kitchen is quite compact, I decided to try and optimise the storage space instead but I will look to see if we can find a compact extraction unit that may alleviate the issue you mentioned. Otherwise, I am glad that, overall, you enjoyed your stay in the apartment and we'd love to welcome you back again. Best wishes Andy
