Superb 3-bedroom Apartment In Lovely Seaside Village Of Praia Da Luz

A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in the St James condominium, based in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz, just outside Lagos in the western Algarve.

The apartment is 120m2 in total and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

St James is a family-oriented complex, located within the bounds of the village and boasting excellent facilities, finished to a very high standard. The beautiful beach in Luz is just a few hundred metres away and the historic and scenic town of Lagos just a 10min taxi-ride or drive.

The master bedroom is fitted with a double-bed and has an adjoining ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk-beds, all rooms finished to a high standard with built-in wardrobes.

Main bathroom is spacious and has bath/shower plus bidet and tiling throughout. Ensuite bathroom off main bedroom with shower cabin, bidet and tiling throughout.

The living/dining room is large and tastefully decorated with two sofas, coffee table and tv unit, as well as a large dining table with seating for 6. The living area also leads onto a large balcony with seating and table.

The kitchen is separate and also contains a table with seating for 4. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, washing machine, kettle, microwave, hob/oven, sandwich-maker/grill and toaster.

Living room also contains dvd player and personal audio system.

The beach at Praia da Luz is just 400m away, with many activities available on beach, including kayaking, sailing etc.

Many options also in the vicinity for activities including golf, walking and general sightseeing.

Enjoyable stay

A really comfortable apartment with great facilities. Brian the owner was very communicative and came back quickly on any query we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Apartment in Luz

My husband and I, 22 year old daughter and 21 year old son booked this 3 bedroom apartment for our family summer holiday. We were delighted with the apartment itself and it’s ideal location within Praia da Luz. The main factors for us in choosing holiday accommodation include spaciousness, location, closeness to the beach, access to a good sized pool and reasonable price. The apartment at St James ticked all the right boxes! Communication with Brian the owner was extra helpful and enabled us to feel totally relaxed about our stay knowing that he could be contacted any time if required before and during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. As well as the pool, there were lovely cafes and restaurants round the corner and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The beach was close by too and we enjoyed walking along the promenade most days and evenings. A few days ago we walked along the cliff path to Bergau which was stunning. The holiday was just amazing and we can’t recommend the apartment highly enough!

Lovely spacious apartment foe our family of five. Fabulous pool and perfect distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Only stayed for a couple of nights but would have happily stayed longer. Thank you.

Lovely apartment

We have been many times to St James apartments in Praia Da Luz. This apartment is spacious and offered plenty of room for two adults, two teenagers and two small children. The apartment itself was very clean, well kept and stocked with most holiday needs. I would strongly recommend St James and this apartment.

Well located and appinted apartment

We stayed in the apartment at Whitson - we found it incredibly quiet for school holidays but that may have been the weather!! We found it pretty well located for all amenities - about a 8 min walk to the main promenade - tho walk back a little steep! The pool was situated 30 seconds away across the walkway but sadly the pool wasn't heated so we weren't able to use it too much as the weather wasn't great for all of our stay. I think it would have been in more use had it been heated especially as quite a few younger children/toddlers were staying at the apartments. The apartment is modern and well decorated and very thoughtfully supplied with dvd''s and games. Very spacious and well equipped. My only slight niggle is that it would have been nicer to have more towels - 1 each per week is not really enough! Oh and we could not get TV to work!!! Apart from that I think a fair price for rental for this property and would recommend.
