Las Dunas Duplex apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (lift), direct access from the private parking area on to the apartment block. It's divided in 3 floors:
-Main floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, kitchenware, toaster, coffee machine), toilet, lounge and dining-room area equipped with TV (Spanish only), access onto terrace, furnished and south orientated.
-Upper floor: Master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom; bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (bath).
-Top floor: access on to solarium terrace (sunbeds available) with a sea view and a wonderful view on to San Antonio Cape.
Just a short walk across the road and you will be enjoying to walk along the buzzing promenade of El Arenal, scattered with a great variety of restaurants; we highly recommend Monsoon (Thai Food ), Lungo Mare (Italian),La Perla de Jávea (Typical Mediterranean dishes) and for a lower budget with the best quality food you will find the best burgers at MOS, is a MUST. You will find all this variety and much more all along a beautiful sandy beach which offers quite a few activities such as voleyball, games, gym, 2 kiddy´s playgrounds. It's a perfect location for a great family holiday on the beach!!!!

Winter sunshine

We were already familiar with the area so we had no surprises. The property was exactly as described and well equipped and was quite comfortable and was perfect for a winter break. We would be quite happy to book the same accommodation another time.

Gem this close to the Arenal beach in Javea.

Very clean, well equipped property over 3 floors including a secluded solarium. This is just like a home rather than a holiday let. The host, Patricia was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Secure parking is a bonus. The wifi was fast and reliable. Highly recommended as it was so close to the beach and a small supermarket. Our only observations are that it could benefit from a hand rail up both staircases especially up to the solarium and a full length mirror in the hall. Would certainly stay again.

A great winter sun trap in a very convenient location

We rented this duplex for a month over Christmas. The owners and agent were very helpful and we felt like they really wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We arrived late at night but the apartment was warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed, a fully equipped kitchen, good wifi, spotlessly clean, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. The apartment was much more spacious than we anticipated. The terrace from the living room is perfect for winter sunshine all day long, a great place to sit or dine. We also loved the roof terrace and even managed to sunbathe on the loungers up there a couple of times. Patti gave us some recommendations for new restaurants even though we already knew the area but you are spoilt for choice, on your doorstep are dozens of great bars, restaurants and shops and of course the lovely arenal beach We liked the secure gated parking and the lift. The complex itself is well maintained. The swimming pool looked lovely but we didnt brave it in winter. We would highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
