2 Bedroom beachfront Town House in Central Protaras just meters from the beach.

Please note that there is no other villas closer to the beach in the centre of Protaras than Nora.

A newly built, beautifully furnished, modern 2 bedroom town house in the heart of Protaras with fantastic views of the sea.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor is fully open plan, comprising lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The lounge area is furnished with a lovely, comfortable sofa that can seat up to 4 persons and can be converted into a double sofa bed. A flat screen TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Accordion style glass doors open onto the front patio, offering fantastic views of the beach and sea.

The very stylish and modern kitchen has built-in cupboards, electric hob/oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dish washer and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for six.

A spacious guest WC with washbasin is situated next to the stairs. This room also houses the washing machine.

First Floor

Both bedrooms are situated on this floor along with a family-sized bathroom which comprises a bath with shower head, washbasin and WC.

The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom at the front with a private balcony, offering wonderful sea views and a second bedroom with twin beds and a private balcony with patio furniture.

Air-conditioning is provided throughout the property.

Outside

The front of the property has a tiled patio area and a wooden deck for sun bathing.

There is private parking for one car in the driveway at the rear and curb side parking at the front.
