This stunning two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor apartment with views out to the sea and the park where the band stand proudly sits and hosts many of the town's fun events can be yours.

The apartment ideally suits a young family coming away for a stay by the sea, but would also suit couples looking for an alternative to expensive accommodation in the form of hotels. This glorious apartment offers great cooking facilities and clean. new bathrooms for taking it easy after a hard day relaxing on the beach or sipping a white wine in your local little bistro.

About Owner

Family of mine bought the property in Broadstairs to have their little piece of fun and relaxation by the sea in this gorgeous corner of England.

This is a fabulous place for them to bring their grandchildren and spend time with their family. Often they come down, bring their children and grandchildren, and take time out of their hectic schedules in London to spend some time doing, as often as they can, nothing more than sitting on the beach listening to the sea.

Obviously the grandchildren take up a lot of their time when they come away because being little ones their curiosity is never satisfied, so whether it is digging for treasure on the beach, or striking up conversations with the local ice-cream seller, listening to the sea sometimes takes second place to listening to their funny anecdotes.

Their children get to have a break from being full time parents, go off and have a drink or a meal, whilst they put the little ones to bed.

What they love about Broadstairs is the beautiful beaches and the great places to eat. Broadstairs hasn't changed at all but at the same time it has developed and brought in new, little exciting restaurants, shops that add a little something extra whilst still maintaining its old seaside charm.

My Aunt says that Broadstair's most endearing characteristic is it has that sense of history and charm that reminds them of the splendour the British seaside had in their childhoods. The British seaside resorts have taken a back seat in many peoples' lives, but Broadstairs engages you from the start of your visit with all of its seaside glamour and hospitality.

It's impossible not to absolutely love the area and my family can't wait to share their beautiful apartment with you and hear about your lovely times in Broadstairs.

Firstly, this property is located in a great place for you on your holiday. This property is brand new and located such that you have a great view out towards the band stand and the sea in Broadstairs.

The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor with all of the mod cons. It has been furnished to make sure you feel like you are comfortable and have all the facilities you would expect in your own home.

The property avails of a central location making it possible to be in the town in a couple of minutes by foot and on the beach, which finds itself a stone's throw from our apartment. It's clean, newly decorated and furnished and above all cosy and comfortable.

The double bedroom is perfect for mum and dad who have the luxury of their own bathroom in the form of the ensuite. The children, or your adult guests or friends have the use of the communal bathroom within the apartment.

The communal areas of the building have been completed by the developer of this building beautifully and I'm sure you will find as you walk through the front door to the building, the grandeur of the space and the size of the building will set your mind at rest.

There is a lift for those with luggage (all of you) and those of you that may find the stairs a little difficult. There are only two flights of stairs to the apartment front door but why not take it easy and hitch a ride in the elevator! Though not fully accessible in terms of wheelchairs (there are three small steps internally within the apartment) the lift certainly helps with those who have mobility issues.

Parking is a big plus which comes with this property. We have a designated off-street parking space which will see you effortlessly sliding the car in to the rear carpark of the building, locking up and getting on with your day or evening with the bonus of not having to search high and low for a parking spot on the street (which you would need to pay for).

What makes this apartment unique

Its location makes this property unique in the sense that it has the wonderful view of the sea and the park, but delivered in an environment which is clean, new and comfortable.

A unique benefit this property has to offer is the parking. One of the first questions on anyone's mind when they come to stay at the sea is how easy is it going to be to move in and take up residence for the week in my lovely little holiday let apartment. The truth is most places at the seaside, parking is very rare, especially as close to the sea as we are. Space for parking comes at a premium and if you're looking to come by car, we can remove the headache of trying to find parking when you return from your day's outing.

Another unique benefit of this property is the fully functioning, brand new lift. This helps with unloading from the car and getting set up for your week, weekend or fortnight with minimum fuss. It also helps those moving in who may have mobility issues. It makes the apartment and its location a lot more accessible for all.

We just wanted to extend our thanks for a fabulous stay at Carlton Lodge, Apartment 7 last week.

The apartment was wonderfully bright and spacious, even for our family of five, and equipped to a high standard, which made the week superbly easy to manage away from home. We knew the location from visiting Broadstairs for many years but just wanted to reiterate how convenient it was to the steps down to Viking Bay, something worth its weight in gold when you have children aged 9, 7 and 2 1/2!

Finally, knowing how problematic parking can be on the seafront, the allocated parking space was a godsend.

We would wholeheartedly recommend the property to friends and family coming to stay and hope to come again when visiting in the future.

Lovely, lovely place...

A fantastic property! We spent a great long weekend here - enjoying the fabulous food festival and the unusually bright and warm October sun. The apartment was in a brilliant location with wonderful views over the sea. It was equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and clean throughout. Great to have a parking space too. We loved it and will definitely return!

Deposits are non-refundable and represent 30% of the booking. If your arrival date is more than 8 weeks away we will ask for a 30% deposit and then the balance payment 8 weeks before your arrival.
