The fabulous villa nestles in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera and boasts stunning views of both the Sierra and the picturesque village of Mojacar. The villa is situated an acre of safely fenced grounds with a fully landscaped private garden and pool area to the rear. The delightful free form 100 m2 swimming pool has a safe beach style entry and cascade and is complemented by an additional children’s splash pool with maximum depth of only 80 cm. Within the garden is a well equipped children’s play area with swings, climbing frame and wooden play house. The property enjoys the fabulous country and sea views with total privacy, whilst being conveniently situated only 1km from the village of Turre with its multitude of bars and restaurants. The more extensive facilities of Mojacar Playa are situated only 6km away.

  • The master bedroom has full luxurious en suite facilities and leads out onto a spacious upper terrace as does bedroom 6. Bedroom 2 also has en suite facilities. There are 2 travel cots available free of charge and guests should request them when booking for them to be made available but will need to provide their own bedding. All windows to the villa have blackout security shutters and mesh insect blinds. All rooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. Please also note that in the bedrooms with single beds these can be made up as double beds if required - please request this on booking if required.

Free wi-fi is provided for the use of guests during your stay. The air conditioning is controlled by a token meter and the owner will provide enough tokens free of charge for the first day. More can be purchased if required. Smoking guests are requested to restrict smoking to the outside terraced areas. The kitchen sink and large American style fridge freezer have safe, filtered drinking water provided free of charge and the fridge also has an ice maker. The jacuzzi is situated in the winter garden area and is also provided free of charge. There is secure fencing to the perimeter of the property and access is via an electric gate. There is covered parking for three cars and room for more if required. Please note that during the high season the changeover day will be a Saturday. Any other periods are flexible. For guests staying from 2 weeks there will be a change of linen and towels provided free of charge. If guests wish a mid stay clean this can be arranged for an additional cost

The relaxed Andalucian village of Turre is situated a short distance inland from the beautiful coastline of Mojacar and 7km from the bustling fishing port of Garrucha town with it´s marina and great shopping. The picturesque hillside village of Mojacar Pueblo is 5km away with the Playa a further 1km away. The charming town of Vera with its historic and picturesque buildings is 10km away. The area is stunningly beautiful with the dramatic mountains of the Sierra Cabrera towering over the green valley of the Rio Aguas all the way to the sea. Visit the scenic village of Cabrera and you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the sierra and out to sea. Other nearby villages include Antas, Los Gallardos and Bedar. A day trip to the dramatic caves of Sorbas, The Mini Hollywood theme park & Oasys zoo at Tabernas, or the fabulous castle and history centre at Lorca are all within an hours drive & are highly recommended. There is also a large Aquapark offering fun for all the family nearby in Vera
