Sliema Centrally located, very spacious 1-bedroom apartment. Walking distance to any amenity no car is needed for those who wish to explore the Island hassle free 2 minutes off the bus stop and the Sliema Promenade full of shops/bars/restaurants.

Location, Location, Location.

Newly refurbished spacious 1-bedroom Apartment situated in a very central area of Sliema, walking distance from all amenities. Although the location of the apartment is very central it lies in a very Quiet Street made up of traditional Maltese townhouses and there is no construction or any other development allowed in this street.

The apartment is on the first floor of a block of apartments (old Type-looks like a townhouse from the outside to blend in with neighbouring houses).The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living area with LED Television, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with bath and a very spacious double bedroom leading on to a typical closed Maltese balcony and a small terrace. Even though the apartment has 1-double bed it can easily sleep four as the sofa in the living area becomes a double bed.

The apartment comes complete with linen and towels and has cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Sliema is the place to be in malta and this apartment is very well located. Just four blocks from the promenade and two blocks from a bus stop that takes you to Valletta. The apartment is just like the photos. We loved the air conditoning and the little outdoor area that is great to dry clothes and to enjoy the sun. Apartment was well equipated to cook and enjoy some meal at home. Comunications with host was easy and we have no problems. The only miinor things was that no soup in the bathroom so we have to bought some. But there are many markets and supermarkets closed by.

Refundable Damage Deposit £255.71
Stay tax £0.43 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

Alternatively, the reservation can be made via homeaway family site/s. Please do note that once this option is selected there will be a 3% booking fee added to the quote due to site processing fees.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
