Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Sliema. The property is walking distance from all amenities, shopping centers like bay street just minutes away. Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, Spa Centers the beaches are just a short walk away. A great holiday you don't need a car.


Newly refurbished spacious 2-bedroom apartment situated in a very central area of Sliema, walking distance from any amenity . Although the location of the apartment is very central it lies in a very quiet residential street made up of traditional Maltese townhouses and there is no construction or any other development allowed in this street as it is considered as a part of the old Sliema village core.

The apartment is on the second floor of a block of apartments (old Type-looks like a townhouse from the outside to blend in with neighbouring houses).Consists of a living area with LED Television, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with ensuite a twin bedroom and full bathroom with bath leading on to a balcony with BBQ.

The apartment comes complete with linen and towels and has cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet. The apartment has both bedrooms and living room fully air-conditioned.

This apartment is right in the centre of Sliema, near all the action. Shopping centres like the Plaza Shopping centre and Tigne Point are just walking distance away.

The Arriva Bus Terminus is 5 minutes away to get around the island. It takes 10 minutes by bus to get to Valletta or else you can take the ferry for less than 2 Euro and you get a small cruise round the harbour to Valletta.

Affordable stay, close to all amenities

Good apartment, not too big, not too small - just right for our group (we were 4 persons). The apartment block can be improved with an elevator as the stairs were a bit cumbersome. Apart from that everything went smoothly, the apartment is near the main shopping area of Sliema and the Sliema promenade - lovely to walk during the evening. Everything was clean, and the free wifi was a bonus! The Shortlets Malta team were easily accessible and they helped us book a transfer to the airport. Overall a great stay!

zeer gunstig gelegen goed appartement

Goed appartement, goede bedden en voorzieningen. Twee toiletten en douche en apart bad.Twee hoog zonder lift.

Weinig waterdruk is het enige minpuntje maar gezien de omstandigheden op Malta ivm watertekort niet zo vreemd.

Bij aankomst zeer goede ontvangst door Carolyn van short lets malta. Kleine probleempjes werden heel snel opgelost.

Appartement ligt zeer gunstig op ong. 5 minuten lopen van the Waterfront waar de restaurantjes, busverbindingen, bootverbinding met Valletta zijn.

Sliema is a major tourism spot on the northeastern coast of the beautiful island of Malta.   • Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

    A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
  • Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
    - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
    - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
    - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
    - 300KWh- for villas

    free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

    Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
  • Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
    Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

    Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
