This 2nd floor one bedroom apartment has recently been re-furbished and offers spacious modern accommodation.

There is a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD Player and iPod Docking Station, the lounge opens up onto a spacious terrace with table and chairs and lovely views over Carvoeiro.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to make it home from home including cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a table and chairs if you don't want to dine outside.

There is a modern fitted bathroom with bath and over bath shower which is situated next to the spacious bedroom with double bed, the bedroom also has access to the terrace via patio doors.

There is a spacious roof terrace with lovely views over Carvoeiro, the terrace is great for sunbathing in private or enjoying a BBQ in the evenings, the terrace is only for this apartment so it is not shared.

What makes this apartment unique

We chose this apartment as if offers a lot of space for a 1 bedroom property, we come out to Carvoeiro 3-4 times a year and love how close the apartment is to town but it's just far enough away to avoid any noise from the bars. The spacious roof terrace is the perfect place to relax in the sun and the BBQ is lovely to have in the summer months.

An ideal spot for 2 people

The apartment was just what we expected. Mike was there to meet us and we had a lovely welcome pack of wine, cheese, ham and bread. The apartment is very comfortable and the front and rear balconies were perfect for early morning and afternoon sun. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing time in Carvoeiro and if you don't want to go down to the beach you can soak up the sun on the roof terrace. There is a BBQ on the roof terrace which we used several times. Plenty of choice for eating out, we particlarly liked the Bonica Bar and tapas at Casa Iberica. We also went up to Lisbon for couple of days, so easy from Tunes or Albufeira if you have time.

Check out Ferragudo and Armacao if you have a car, both really nice spots for a day out. Our favorite place on the Algarve is Burgau which is only about 40 min west by car. Try the seared swordfish at the Beach Bar - hard to beat!

Thanks to Emma and Mike for a hassle free holiday. This was our second time in Carvoeiro and we plan to go back there next year.

Great apartment, great location

Great welcome from Emma and Mike when we arrived. The apartment was clean and has everything you could want. It is a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The icing on the cake is the private roof garden - great for sun any time of day with nice views. If you like steak a visit to The Wolf is a must. We would definitely book here again.

Excellent, spacious, with great views .

Overall stay was very good. Apartment was spotless and well maintained. Roof top terrace was a good addition as was front and back balconies. Great views and every convenience required. Property managers Emma and Mike were present and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment and company.

Great view.

This apartment has lovely views from every window and terrace. It's right on the end of the street and on a hill, very quiet no traffic. The hill is very steep but a taxi up is about 5 Euro.

The apartment it's self is spacious, well equipped with good quality kitchen equipment, great shower and a comfy bed.

There's a roof terrace for barbeque or just lazing about, if you can stand the heat.

Perfect

Lovely quiet Villa within walking distance to beach. The town had lovely restaurants and bars again within walking distance.

Refundable Damage Deposit £150

Booking and Payment: Our Property Manager: Emma Robinson will handle all of our booking administration for this property, Emma and/or Mike will also be there to welcome you at the apartment to hand over the keys and go over any questions you may have, they are on call throughout your stay and more than happy to help.

We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and then the remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The booking payments are made to our UK pound account if paying in Pounds or our Portuguese account if paying in Euros. Emma will provide the details for payment. We also require a £150 breakage deposit at the time of the final balance payment, this is fully refundable as long as there are no major breakages and everything is left in good condition, this is to be paid to our managers account to ensure your refund is within 7 days of departure.

Emma can arrange airport transfers at an extra cost if required.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
