Very clean, convenient, well stocked and Yvonne is an excellent host!

My Dad, Mom and two teenage daughters just returned from a wonderful trip to London. Yvonne's flat was the PERFECT place for us to stay. The flat itself had plenty of room for the 5 of us and was very clean, well stocked and the location couldn't be beat. It's in an adorable neighborhood with a convenience store, deli, pubs and tube station within a 1 block walk. Very convenient to get into London for the sights everyday/night and plenty of room in the flat to hang out together and talk about all the fabulous sights that we enjoyed each day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. To top it off, Yvonne was an excellent host and even accommodated us for an extra day when a snowstorm at home delayed our return flight. You will not be disappointed!

A Wonderful Stay in South Kensington

The property proved to be all as advertised including the one minute walk to the Holland Park underground station. That access to the Tube makes getting around the city very easy. Plenty of room for our family of four. Excellent location with grocery, bakery, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs within 5 minutes walk. We loved the shopping and restaurants at Portabello Road. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend it to friends.

Perfect location, cozy and well appointed apartment

This apartment was perfect for us two couples! We spent five days in London (not enough) and were able to call this home for our stay. This apartment is truly about location, location, location. It is located in the Kensington part of London, about 100 steps from the Holland Park Tube Station. On day one, we purchased the Oyster Card, which allowed us to travel with flexibility on the tube everywhere. The unit is in an older apartment building probably built after WWII, but our landlord, Yvonne has done a marvelous job of modernizing and opening the living area up to make it very comfortable and welcoming. Appliances are all top of the line, there is a working washer and separate dryer and the furnishings and floor coverings all came together to create wonderful memories for my wife and my sister and husband. This is a perfect accommodation for all who want modern, clean, and convenient facilities in their travels.

Quiet, close, and very comfortable

This is a great apartment with good quality furniture, good beds, and in a quiet building. It''s close to the Holland Park tube station as others have said but also pay attention to the buses that stop at Holland Park for a choice of how to get around London. There are shops and restaurants within blocks - I can't think of anything more you would want from an apartment, and yes the internet connection is fast. Thanks, we'll book again when we're planning to stay in London.

Perfect Location, Quiet and Bright

Absolutely lovely. Yvonne was a breeze to work with. The car service she recommended picked us up from Heathrow and dropped us at her door. We were early, but she took our luggage until the place was ready so we could enjoy some lunch. Everything was done professionally and the flat was exactly as described. Clean and bright with crisp white sheets. While small, our family of 5 fit comfortably here. Also, being close to two tube stops (on 2 different lines) made it so easy to get around. We easily got to St. Pancras for the Eurostar to Paris with luggage as well as hopping around the city. Plus, walking to Kensington Palace and the area was just a short 15 minute walk. Notting Hill, Bayswater, Portobello Road all within short walk. Highly recommend.

Perfectly situated apartment

We had a wonderful five night stay at this flat. It had absolutely everything you could need during your stay. The apartment is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable and the appliances are new and in good working order. Yvonne provided a hairdryer, curling iron, coffee and dish powder for the washing machine. Having a dryer was an added bonus! It was situated one block from an adorable shopping street with a small grocery store, three or four different bakeries, wine shop, chocolate shop, bookshop, several restaurants and pubs and of course the tube. We chose this flat because of its close proximity to the tube stop, but once we realized how cheap it was to take Uber in London, we opted for Uber the vast majority of the time. I would definitely recommend this flat to friends and family and would stay here again without hesitation.
