Charming apartment very near tube station.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Eve was great to work with from setting things up to follow up with additional information. The beds were comfortable. The modern European washer and dryer worked well as did the dishwasher. They master bathroom was very up-to-date and clean. There was plenty of room in the apartment for four adults. I believe the sleeping capacity can be extended to 6. It seemed to be a fairly quiet neighborhood and in the morning the birds could be heard singing outside if the windows were open. The apartment is also very near Kensington Palace and Gardens. Definitely worth a visit. We would like to stay here if we are ever in London again. Thanks to Eve for helping to make our trip to London wonderful.

We had a great time at Yvonne’s flat in London— lovely neighborhood (Holland Park)

We had a wonderful time at Yvonne’s flat! It is on the first floor of an apartment building one block from the Holland park metro. This is a cute, quiet neighborhood with a few shops and restaurants, and about 5-10 min walk to the more bustling Notting Hill (with lots more cute shops and markets and restaurants and bars). The tube ride to central London is about 15 min. Yvonne was very helpful and we were comfortable in the flat as a family of four. The windows/door were a bit drafty, but we cranked up the heat and were cozy. Thanks for a great trip to London!!

Great London Apartment

Centrally located, modern well equipped apartment on ground level (NO STAIRS!!!) A one minute walk from Holland Park Tube Station!

It was great to have two full bathrooms / two large comfortable bedrooms with ample closet space as well as washer and dryer in the suite.

A plethora of restaurants, green grocers, Tesco, M and S within minutes.

We will recommend to our friends and hope to return soon. Yvonne keep in touch from the moment we booked the place and was readily available throughout our stay which provided great peace of mind!

Great little apartment

Our stay at this apartment was perfect. We were traveling as 2 adult couples. We each had a bedroom and bath. The master bedroom had a king size bed which was difficult to find in other rentals that we looked at. The tube was literally around the corner which made travelling to the center city very easy and fast. We felt very safe because a key or security code was needed to enter the complex. This is a ground level unit. The owner, Yvonne, was very easy to work with and was available if needed. A fully equipped kitchen also saved us money on food preparation. We were able to have breakfast each day at the apartment while we planned our day. We highly recommend this rental for 2 - 4 people.

Great place to stay while exploring London

This lovely apartment was everything we hoped it would be! The location was just around the corner to Holland tube stop and convenient for the bus. With our tube and bus app, getting everywhere we wanted to go was so easy. The apartment was very comfortable for the four of us. It was well equipped and had plenty of linens. The neighborhood was convenient for stocking up on supplies and it was just fun to walk around Holland Park and the surrounding streets.

Loved the neighbourhood

This was our first visit to the UK and our accommodations couldn't have been better. The location was ideal for a first time visitor. We were literally 1min from the tube and within walking distance to many great restaurants, delis, bakeries and grocers. Also Holland Park was a short enjoyable walk away.

The flat was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Yvonne was away for our visit, but she kept in touch and made sure we had a contact person.

We had an amazing holiday and our stay at this flat contributed to it.

Holland Park with a restaruant and cafe, it also has a popular Adventure Playground for children, Barnes Wetland Centre for birdwatching and nature walk, Legoland at Windsor, Cycling around the City on a 'Boris bike', Golf at Chiswick, Ice skating in Queensway, Rollerblading in Kensington Gdns/Hyde Park. Horse Riding in 'Rotten Row' Hyde Park from stables in Bayswater, Tennis in all the London Parks, The British Library at Euston, All the London Museums and tourist attractions.. wonderful cafe scene and numerous pubs, good restaraunts - all within walking distance, also Portobello Rd. market at Notting Hill Gate. The 'Oxford Tube', a frequent coach service which runs all day and night - the coach stop is just around the corner, takes you to the university city of Oxford for £20 return.
