The beautiful drawing-room with its original features is a wonderful place to relax and take in the views over George st and its vast array of restaurants and designer shops. The apartment is furnished with quality mahogany pieces in-keeping with their grand surroundings. Although you are surrounded with period charm you will not be without your modern comforts, as a dishwasher and washing machine are integrated into the kitchen. The two bathrooms both have large baths and showers and there is also an additional cloakroom toilet.

Beautiful and stylish property

Had a fabulous weekend in this stylish and very comfortable apartment. All the rooms are furnished to a very high standard, and our party of 8 were all delighted with our accommodation.

Location wise the apartment is perfectly situated. Some lovely bars just steps away, and 10 mins walk to Princes Street.

The owner, Jane, is lovely - very helpful to us, and arranged an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms (thank you Jane).

Altogether a stunning apartment, in a top location, which all 8 of us would highly recommend.

Fabulous Apartment in Perfect Location

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious, comfortable, and clean. Located on Georgr Street in New Town, it is close to dozens of restaurants, shops, parks, and the sites of Old Town. Our group of six had a wonderful stay and could not have been more pleased. The owner was very nice and helpful.

We bought this property because it was truly inspiring. It's location is what first caught our eye and properties of this size in this location are rare or by this stage have been converted to offices. This one has a huge array of original features and we wanted to ensure that it remained that way. It really is the perfect holiday property for a city centre break.

The beautiful proportions of this flat are so unusual. It was purpose built as part of the New Town and as many buildings are now shops and restaurants it was so fantastic to find one that was still a flat and one that could become a fabulous home.
