This 2 bedroom penthouse located just 250m from Sliema seafront. This penthouse is very sunny and on a quiet residential street. 10 minutes on foot from St Julian's and Paceville.

Penthouse specifications:

Front terrace is about 22 sq m, back terrace is about 8 sq m. Internal area is about 65 sq m, on the 6th floor. 2 bedrooms, small bath room, sleeps 2 to 5+1 persons.

About Neville Galea

My family has been in the holiday home rental business since 1981. Thus I was brought up in this environment and this business.

After some years working at HSBC bank, now together with other family members I take care of our holiday homes and make sure all is up to date and Clients are having a good time on our lovely Islands.

Why Neville Galea chose Saint Julians

Clients love the terraces! These terraces are always Sunny and have a gas BBQ and garden furniture.

The location of the penthouse is idyllic. It is just 200m from the seafront and Sliemas famous promenade. It is close to bars, restaurants, min markets (just down the road) and Supermarkets. The street is a residential street. The penthouse faces a large courtyard of a school.

The bus stop is just 300m away. The buses from this bus stop go to all tourist attractions in Malta.

Sliema Ferries is also just 700m from the apartment. From here you can cross by ferry to Valletta, do one day cruises around the island, visit the Blu Lagoon, or make a smaller trip around the Grand Harbor.

Blue Waters Penthouse is situated in a quiet residential area of Sliema but has the seafront just around the corner. There is a large supermarket, greengrocers and plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance and bus stops nearby. The flat is clean and comfortable and has all the facilities you would need for an enjoyable holiday including WiFi and TV with many channels. The large, sunny balcony is a real bonus as it faces west and you can enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Ruth and Neville look after their guests really well - if you have any issues they are just a phone call away and take action promptly. A great penthouse in a super surroundings supervised by solid people.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ruth and Neville Galea from the time of booking until departure and the connection is still going strong. They were always on duty answering questions or helping out if needed and having Salvatore as their right hand is a big bonus.

The property was as described and therefore arriving was no surprise. Everything was fine and they even managed a sunny, good weather all the time :)

In short, it was like a home away from home. The apartment has all utilities needed and the terrace is something else. Everything was clean and safe, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore gave us extra towels in case. The location in Sliema can hardly be better because virtually everything needed is within a short walking distance.

We will be back for sure and are looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing location

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a vacation in Malta! Ruth and Neville could not have been more helpful. All arrangements went smoothly including transfers to/ from the airport for a small fee. We were met at the apartment on arrival by a lovely chap who provided lots of tourist advice. The apartment was spotless. Some essential groceries were included. The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring all of Malta with bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away. My daughter left her laptop in the taxi from the airport and Neville went out of his way to locate and return it to us - we couldn't have been more grateful! A fantastic holiday in a wonderful country with a very friendly nation.

A jewel in the heart of Sliema: quiet, comfortable

The penthouse at Blue Waters is at the top of a building in a quiet residential street just minutes from all of Sliema's amenities (including shops, restaurants, the main ferry and bus stops to get around the island, and swimming at Balluta Bay). The apartment is comfortable and well equipped - including with a microwave, hair dryer, fans, air conditioning, crockery, cutlery etc - but the real draw is the spacious terrace which affords wonderful views over Sliema with glimpses of the sea in three directions, not to mention the glorious sunrises and sunsets. There is a smaller balcony at the back, which means that sun seekers and shade lovers will always find somewhere to suit them.

Owner Neville and his team are welcoming and always just a phone call/email away in case of query. I have stayed at Blue Waters three times now and it feels like a home from home. If you want an authentic Maltese experience at a competitive price then this is a good place to stay - refreshingly different from the bland waterfront hotels and the tourist hordes.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the great review. It is nice to know our hard work is appreciated. We make our best to offer good quality accommodation and a great service. We employ our own cleaners, maintenance personnel and representatives(hosts). Our office staff are there 7 days a week too, to help with any queries and to ensure all goes well in the daily running of the apartments. We the owners are there 24/7 for our guests. Our mobile phones are always on, including at night for any emergency. Thus booking with us offers piece of mind as you can have that local feeling with the support you would find only in a big hotel. We hope to see you again soon for your fourth stay!!!

perfect holidays

this is really a lovely appartment with a beautiful view to the spinola bay. The owners was very very friendly. the Position of the appartment is really very good, everythink is fast to reach, Supermarket, busstop, Restaurants and bars etc. we didnt miss anything in this flat, very comfortable! Sliema is the most important tourist town in Malta. It has the longest seafront promenade and is full of life all year round.

Sliema has a long rock beach. In many areas there are lidos and nice kiosks. Along the cost there are also many playgrounds and nice seafront gardens.

Bars, restaurants, ice cream, shops, cafeterias, car hire shops, discos, nightclubs, casinos, water sport outlets etc. are all close by.

Sliema is also the best for buses. In fact to visit all tourist attractions in Malta you just need to take 1 bus! Also close to the apartment, from Sliema Ferries, there are many boats that depart daily to more secluded beaches and do one day cruises.
