One of VRBO's Most Popular Panama City Beach Condos. TOP RANKED for over 4 years!!! Deluxe BEACH FRONT CONDO. VRBO PREMIER Location. Our Condo is less than 50 yards from the waters shore edge. It is grandfathered in as one of the closest to the actual beach that Panama City Beach has to offer. It is a wonderfully decorated and classy condominium to stay at. The condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus Queen Size Sleeper Sofa - Sleeps 6, at Sterling Reef Condominium Beach Resort.

There are only 124 units in the entire complex, so it limits the crowds. Also with the New Miller Pier that is directly next door...there are no other condominiums within 3/4 mile to our West. This keeps tourist traffic down for a nice, relaxing, unrushed, environment for our guests.

This is one of the nicest Condominium Resorts on the Beach, and is grandfathered in as one of the closest condos to the actual beach than most of the other accommodations on Panama City Beach! The condo is Sterling Reef Condo & Resort Type B "Aruba Plan" 2BD/2BTH. 1076 SQ. FT = F&C , 184 SQ.FT. = BALC

Featuring an extra large balcony with table, chairs and reclining Chase loungers, which can be accessed either from the living room or master bedroom.

Breathtaking oceanfront view and luxurious professional décor is why our guests return year after year. Living area and master bedroom have sliding doors that open onto an extra-large (8 ft. wide x 26 ft. long) 9th floor GULF FRONT balcony with mesmerizing views of the emerald green water and sugar white sandy beaches that Panama City Beach is famous for.

We chose this area of Panama City Beach based on our experience with PCB, Destin, Sandestin, Pensacola, and Ft Walton. We really enjoy the Sunrises and Sunsets, and this area of Panama City Beach jets out and faces the West much more than the other areas mentioned above that have more Southerly views. With our view of the ocean from our condo, you get great Sunrises and Sunsets that are clearly visible. Other areas have Sunsets that are too far to the right and behind your view to get a premier view. Check it out on the map for yourself to see what we are talking about.

Conveniently located at the intersection of Alf Coleman Road and Front Beach Road, Sterling Reef Resort is one of only a few condominium buildings that have an on-site covered parking garage. No streets or sky bridges to cross!!!

Adjacent to the NEW County Pier and across from the popular Shipwreck Island Water Park, and two different putt putt golf courses; you'll find yourself within walking distance of dining choices such as Firefly, Shrimp Basket, and Dee's Hangout (3 local and well regarded and highly reviewed restaurants). These are less than 1/2 mile away and very convenient. The NEW M. B. Miller County Pier and Beach Park is right next door and within easy walking distance. This is a great plus as their are no other condos or structures to the west of our condo. Shopping, dining and entertainment complexes as well as the Frank Brown Sports Arena are all close by. Come and experience the true luxury that "Serenity by the Sea", our personal condo in Sterling Reef Resort has to offer and you too will return year after year. No Regrets!

This condo was perfect! Great location, stocked with everything you need and clean. I loved the layout of this place! I let the teen girls have the front master bedroom and I took the smaller room which was perfect, quiet and dark!!!! I will definitely return! Nothing negative to say. Had an absolutely wonderful time! The owners are awesome and willing to answer any questions!!!!

Property was well equipped with everything you need. Only complaint would be minor. Lack of hangers in master, but we brought our own and the can opener was stripped out and didn't work.Neitherr issue was a big matter. We have stayed at this resort multiple times now and enjoy the location and amenities. Owners responded in a timely manner during booking process. Would book again.

Great condo great location

This condo is very nice, well equipped and well maintained. The balcony is amazing in size and views. I would highly recommend. The owners were also very accommodating. We had a personal issue that impacted our original plans and they worked with us to reschedule, which I really appreciated given the circumstances.

Perfect!

This property was great! Perfect views and access to the beach chairs was so nice to have! Loved the decor of the place! The balcony access from the bedroom was my favorite, because every morning I could wake right up to a beach view! We cooked breakfast and lunch while we were there and walked to the closest restaurants for dinner. We also walked to the mini golf right across the street! Definitely recommend!

It is a wonderfully decorated and classy condominium to stay at. The condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, and Sleeps 6 people, (8 with blow-up sleeping mattresses like King Koil, etc. at the Beautiful and Exclusive Sterling Reef Condominium and Beach Resor, diring on the Gulf.

There are only 124 units in the entire complex, so it limits the crowds. Also with the New Miller Pier that is directly next door...there are no other condominiums within 3/4 mile to our West. This keeps tourist traffic down for a nice, relaxing, unrushed, environment for our guests.
