This 3 bedroom apartment with front and back balcony is located just 200m from Sliema Seafront and is in a quiet residential area which faces the courtyard of a school.

4 sq m front balcony, 4 sq m back balcony. Internal area is about 90 sq m. 3 bedrooms (3+2+2 beds), Bath room with corner bath and shower, WC room, sofa bed present in living room and extra bed present in extra sleeping area. Sleeps 2 to 10 persons.

About Neville Galea

Our Family has been in the tourist accommodation business since 1981. Thus I have been brought up in this environment and meeting clients and seeing that they are having a nice holiday gives me great satisfaction.

Today we trade under the name of GetawaysMalta. We have our own maintenance staff, cleaning staff, stores and vans full of spares, dedicated hosts/representatives that give a warm welcome and see to all our guests` needs, and an office open 7 days a week to be able to give a fast service.

Shopping is easy as at the end of the road 100 m away there is a mini market and a vegetable seller. In the area there are also bigger supermarkets and shops of all kinds. Water and electriciy consumption are not included in the price. The bill will be about euro 2 per person per day. It is metered, so guests only pay for what they consume

Vicino a ristoranti, market, spiaggia, negozi e fermata bus per tutte le direzioni.

Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Very clean and great location.

This property is conveniently located with plenty of room for families. The experience was great. The reception agent was wonderful. The satellite television has plenty of English channels. The internet is fast and dependable. The property is very clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this property to everyone.

As a disclaimer, Malta is expensive for utilities. As such, they are not included in the price of the room. Normal consumption runs around 2 Euros per person per day. To cover the owner for extreme cases of consumption, you will be required to leave enough to cover the worse case scenario up front. Plan on leaving a 30-35 Euro per day deposit for utilities on arrival. You get back what you don't consume at the end of your stay, but the amount of the deposit can surprise you if you're not prepared for it.

Indeed the apartment has an excellent location and is fully equipped. yes, we keep the rental prices low and water and electricity is not included in the price. This is clearly stated under the price table and also communicated to the guest before they book. It is once again specified in the rental agreement. We only charge for it so that guests save energy because energy prices are expensive in Malta. In your case, the bill was very low and reasonable. The deposit requested on arrival is not a deposit for water and electricity. This is a damage deposit which is also pre agreed and is refunded again in cash on departure. we hope you will be our guests again! Thank you ruth and neville

Excellent Location and Agency

The apartment was very soacious, well maintained and fully equipped. It's location in Sliema is just a few blocks from bus lines to every location on the islands. Small stores are lass than a block away selling fresh fruit and vegetables. Neville and Ruth are exceptional hosts and ensured I was happy with every aspect of my holiday.

Lovely!!

What a great apartment, very well lit, fully equipped with everything we needed, the best location and all of the best places all around you. Buses are also just a second away. The owners and staff are the best, they welcomed us with a lot of information and throughout our stay where there to help us with everything we needed. We wanna racommend this apartment to everyone it is perfect for couple, families, friends... its spacious and comfortable Thanks neville and ruth made our stay in Malta all the much better!!!

Great location

Clean and tidy apartment in great location - 5 minutes from the sea with wonderful swimming opportunities. Lovely long promenade in Sliema with lots of restaurants to try out. Ease of access to rest of Malta by excellent frequent bus service. Nearby ferry service to Valetta is a fabulous way to get to the city

Sliema is the most important tourist town in Malta. It has the longest seafront promenade and is full of life all year round.

Sliema has a long rock beach. In many areas there are lidos and nice kiosks. Along the cost there are also many playgrounds and nice seafront gardens.

Bars, restaurants, ice cream, shops, cafeterias, car hire shops, discos, nightclubs, casinos, water sport outlets etc. are all close by.

Sliema is also the best for buses. In fact to visit all tourist attractions in Malta you just need to take 1 bus! Also close to the apartment, from Sliema Ferries, there are many boats that depart daily to more secluded beaches and do one day cruises.

SPECIAL OFFERS FOR WINTER LONG STAY BREAKS at only euro 900 monthly. (Minimum stay of 3 months).

On arrival we require a deposit against damages and water and electricity bills of Euro 150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment. For big young groups the refundable deposit is of Euro 50 per person
