Make sure you know the name of your condo, there are several, such as, seal, whale, starfish, ext.
Everything was clean and organized, super pet friendly, and we enjoyed our stay! Just a few minor things can be fixed like the stove and the uneven floors besides that we enjoyed our snowy beach fun!

Not likely to stay again
The condo was quaint, the beds comfortable and adequate for a 2 day stay. However, there isn't any storage for food, we had to use the top of the refrigerator. There was seating for 4 at a small table, but the room sleeps at least 6-8. The smoke detector was hanging by wires, there was sand on the main bedroom floor, the dishes were not very clean, there was only 1 screened window and it was torn, there were no clear directions to lock the door and it took nearly 4 hours for someone to text me with directions. There was no one in the office that was supposed to be open. The floor is very unlevel and we felt veritgo when walking from room to room. I also would have appreciated a binder with basic information like was there a laundry room or an ice machine? Where was access to the beach? Comically, there was 1 ice tray in the freezer, One. The only reason we booked this room was so we could take the dogs without breaking the bank. It would not be my first choice and I will pay a little more to avoid the above issues.

Unless you like to sleep with dog hair
First of all the property was not Oceanview as it was in the pictures. Starting with the entrance very dirty I had my mother and her sister with me were over 75 years old and we had to go 20 steps up where it was not mentioned until the check-in that there are steps. The place was dirty, dog hair everywhere the floor was covered in dirt. Once windows opened for fresh air dock here flew into the air. The toilets were dirty. Old beds had dog hair in them and we’re not changed before our arrival nothing was clean. We managed to clean a little bit just to stay the night, when he got chilly we turned on the heater, which in a few minutes started burning fire and we had to shut it down and called the management. The management were not able to send anyone right away and said to call fire department on our own. We turned off the heater and went to sleep shivering just to be safe. The Managment reached out after noon to come and check the heater at which point we had already left the premises at 8 AM soon as we got up and gathered our things. Will never stay at this property ever again and do not recommend it for anyone unless you like sleeping with dog hair
