About this property

The chalet, built in 2007, is half of a semi-detached chalet and is divided between a ground floor and first floor. The chalet has 6 fixed sleeping places.

The garden and the balcony are oriented to the south and therefore have sun all day. The garden has a (heated) covered terrace with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the surroundings until the wee hours!

The house is under the supervision of the Dutch caretaker Frans Knoop. Frans lives with his family in Kotschach-Mauthen. He takes care of the key delivery and collection for us. Tourist tax return and electricity meter reading. French is the most valuable for our guests. He knows the area, the restaurants, the attractions and where necessary doctors. French is your regular point of contact for all your questions during your stay!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Vermieter

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Nicht nur die Ferienwohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben, auch die Verbindung zum nächst größeren Skigebiet war problemlos. Es war ein ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub. Wünschenswert wären lediglich noch Handtücher im Bad und in der Küche, sowie Putzlappen und Spülmittel. Das Meiste haben wir dann auf Anfrage von dem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister Frans erhalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kötschach-Mauthen: schneesicher und wolkenlos

Unser erstes Ferienhaus in Kötschach-Mauthen. Nach über 30 Jahren Hotel oder Pension. Ein Volltreffer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf die Karnischen Alpen und die Sonnenlage runden den Gesamteindruck des Hauses perfekt ab. Danke Ron und Herma
