This country house is situated in a wine-producing medieval hamlet of Sitges with century old “masias”. Originally the house was a stable build in the XVI century and was transformed into a beautiful Catalan country house that has been recently renovated and has all the necessary elements for a pleasant and comfortable holiday.

The country house is located in the natural environment of the Garraf Natutal Park and surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It’s the ideal spot for lovers of peace and nature with the leisure and entertainment possibilities of Sitges at only 2 min. Your stay will be a unique experience compared with a stay in noisy Sitges.

The house is a so called masia with beams, terracotta floors and walls of more that 1 meter thick, perfect to maintain a comfortable temperature in the hot Spanish summers without putting on the air-conditioning. It has 3 floors with terraces both up and downstairs with beautiful views. Its courtyard is perfect as a playground for your children or a romantic dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooking range, teppanyaki, osmosis installation, steam oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.

This house is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

Sehr großzügiges, super ausgestattetes Haus. Liebevolle und gelungene Mischung aus "alt" und modern. Nette und kompetente Betreuung durch die Vermieter, am Telefon und auch vor Ort (vor und während der Reise) . Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Gute Entfernung nach Sitges (mit dem Auto knapp 5 Min.) und auch gut gelegen, um nach Barcelona zu gelangen. Zu bemerken sei auch: Es gibt trinkfähiges Wasser aus der Leitung, ohne Chlor, und eine kleinen Laden mit Wein und Früchten direkt auf dem Grundstück ( gehört zu dem angeschlossenen "Weingut")...! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

A peaceful country house

Firstly it's worth mentioning that the photographs don't quite do justice to the property's size - it's enormous, spread across two connected large period buildings. The tiny hamlet of Les Torres is remote and peaceful; ten or eleven beautiful terraced houses surrounding a central wine farm (40¢/ltr of wine!). A fair distance from the nearest towns; Les Torres is about an hour's hilly walk from Sitges beaches and restaurants, or €8 in a taxi. There's a fantastic Lidl about five minutes' drive in the car.

The owner's charming housekeeper Emma met us on arrival, a very friendly welcome. The owner, Edt is easy to contact via text or Whatsapp and quick to respond to questions.

We visited as a family of four with two children aged five and six. The house's enormous size may present rather a challenge for anyone with mobility problems but it's perfect for a family of four as the children are able to sleep in separate bedrooms.

The house arranged over four huge floors (+ ½ if you include the roof garden) including a beautiful first floor mezzanine twin bedroom over the kitchen which isn't fully visible in the photographs. The second floor has a large twin bedroom and a big wet room. The lofty air conditioned master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and huge bed. The house is tastefully decorated, children-proof chunky wooden furniture, a modern kitchen and comfy beds.

During our stay, we spent two days at nearby PortAventura theme park - highly recommended but take supplies and plenty of sun cream. The remaining days we lazed on Sitges beaches in the mornings and strolled back up to 9 Les Torres for afternoons on the roof garden.

wonderfully comfortable and spacious

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. It was very clean with all possible needs catered for. The property was in a very central location with easy access to Sitges and the surrounding countryside by car. Highly recommended.

Osterurlaub in Sitges

Wir hatten mit insgesamt sechs Personen einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Domizil verfügt über eine schöne Dachterrasse auf der man sich wohlfühlt. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Dennoch gibt es zwei Dinge die nicht ganz so schön waren. Erstens die Parkplatzsituation und zweitens das defekte Bedienfeld des Geschirrspülers. Aber davon abgesehen können wir das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Wenn man Hilfe vor Ort braucht reagiert der Vermieter sofort und unkompliziert.

Man bekommt auch sehr gute Unterlagen mit Anfahrskizze und Telefonnummer, was die Anreise sehr erleichtert.

A fantastic home from home

This lovely holiday home was ours for eleven weeks over the winter of 2014/15. Nestled in the little village of Les Torres, a few minutes drive from Sitges, it was certainly our home from home. The first thing to say is that the photographs don't do justice to the size of the property, which is set over three floors. The ground floor is big! A fabulous vaulted living/dining room with a big inglenook fireplace, leads through to a big really well equipped modern kitchen. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, and cloakroom with shower.

The three bedrooms are are all spacious, and the beds comfy. The master bed at the top of the house has its own loo and a massive jacuzzi bath. Family shower room is on the middle floor, as is the second bedroom.

There is a good sized terrace on the second floor level, equipped with loungers and six seater dining set which looks over the grape vines and olive groves of the village.

A couple of things to bear in mind about this house is that there are a lot of steps to get up to the upper floors, so not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility, and that it is a quiet location - we loved the peace and quiet, but not everyone's thing!

We would not hesitate to recommend this house to prospective renters.

Lovely, Old House in a Beautful Location

We had a great stay in this lovely house. The description and photos are a good reflection of the property. Lots of facilities with a great kitchen, it is all maintained to a good standard and its nice to be surrounded by vines, fig trees, etc. Throughout the stay we found the owner, Edt, friendly and helpful. Its worth noting that it is a bit of a walk over a hill to get to Sitges town and beach, but we were fine with it and its easy to catch a taxi if required. It does mean that the house is in a very peaceful position, as Sitges centre is quite lively. The town itself is a great place for a holiday with a nice, but busy, beach, some great restaurants and a cosmopolitan and upmarket feel. Its also a very easy train journey from Barcelona.

Peaceful break

This property is an amazing conversion from an old stable to a cool, peaceful and modern retreat. It sits in a small hamlet outside Sitges amongst vineyards and melon fields. The house is well equipped and comfortable but if you are not a close family be aware there is not much privacy. The main negative is that the WiFi available in the house is extremely limited this was particularly annoying for our teenagers!

Edt the owner is proud of his home and very helpful.

We stayed a family of four that included a 12 and 15 year old. We spent days on the various beaches, caught the train from Sitges to Barcelona, spent a day at Port Adventura (there is a train with one change) as well as explored the Garraf by car and by foot.

I would recommend this house. You will need a car but get a small one as the space for parking is very tight. There is a market in Sitges and a small supermarket in St Pere de Ribes. There were some lovely restaurants, Alfresco in town was a highlight as was Cinnamon just over the hill from the house. The kids liked the Sports Bar on the front. Our daughter was vegetarian so in most other places it was tortilla or bread and cheese. However the Chinese buffet restaurant especially cooked vegetarian rice for her
