Fantastic apartments in the perfect spot!

We have two luxury apartments located in the same luxury condo by the seafront outside Lisbon to Cascais and the apartments has stunning sea view from all rooms in both apartments.

Please note that the photos is from both apartment but in the text below its marked to which apartment the photo belongs to. Apartment 1 and apartment 2. The 190 m2 apartment has four bedrooms (8 beds), very large living room/kitchen in open solution and with a veranda towards the sea . Two toilets and the apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped.

New for 2015, the 120 m2 apartment has two bedrooms (6 beds), large living room/kitchen in open solution and with two verandas towards the sea . Two toilets and the apartment and kitchen is fully equipped.

The sandy beach is just outside the house, and if you do not want to swim in the sea, there is a pool and a garden belonging to the apartment. The apartment has a car place in the garage and apartment complex is guarded / front desk 24/7.

If you do not want use the car, the train station is at 5 min walking distance and it takes 20 minutes to go to the Centre of Lisbon or 10 minutes to Cascais centre.

Around the apartment there are a number of cafés and restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance is cozy Parede Centre with shops and market for fish, fruit and vegetables, etc. every day.

The apartment complex also has an external fully equipped gym, with 5-10 classes per day, for example, yoga and spinning. The gym also has an indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Available for special rates for guests.

During middle and low season you have up to 50% discount, especially for smaller group. Please do the price simulation to see your price.

Price for final towels and linens is separated from the rent due to the option of requesting or canceling this service.

During high season, June-Aug, the changing day is always Saturday or Sunday. For longer stay (10 days or more), the starting date or ending date should be on a Saturday or Sunday.

Payment by bank transfer has a discount of 5% of the rent.

We rented the two bedroomed apartment and were very impressed by everything from start to finish.

Jonas was great, in first providing the information which is available on Facebook to advising us on of a local taxi company to take us to and from the airport and various other things.

He could not have been more helpful.

The apartment itself was spotless and had everything that you would ever need in your stay.

Everything was exactly as it was described on the website and the views were great. The outside pool was a bit cold but once you got in it was fine, and it was warmer than the sea.

Shops and supermarket were not far away with a few bars and restaurants to have a breather and a beer in on the way there (and on the way back!!)

The small beach to the left was a short walk away which also had restaurants and bars to chill out in.

The beach was flat and rocky but had lots of rock pools to keep kids of all ages happy for hours.

The larger beach to your right was pure sand and very popular and had tons of bars and restaurants all along its length.

The train was easy to find just turn left out of the apartment door, and follow to road until you meet the railway tracks and carry on along the road.

Tickets on sale via the ticket office located in the subway under railway station, we found the machine too difficult to use but maybe that be just us.

All in all it was a great holiday, we stayed a week but could of stayed two as there is so much to see and do.

Go, you won't be disappointed

Lovely apartment with a wonderful ocean view

The apartment, with its stunning view, was beautifully furnished, well kept and had everything we needed for a four week vacation with our two kids (2 and 4 years old). The pool, the beach around the corner, and several different playgrounds within walking distance, made it perfect for families. The owners provided many tips on anything and everything, including pre-bargains on good taxis and the gym in the building - much appreciated!

With the train close by it was easy to reach both the more touristy Cascais and downtown Lisbon without having to go by car. The more genuine and laidback Parede remained the best though, especially the beaches!

Great place!

The property looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean and nicely furnished, the kitchen was equipped with everything that you can expect. The thing we appreciated the most was a fantastic view of the ocean from two balconies. The pool and the garden full of flowers and palm trees, were very well-maintained, although the water in the pool was a little bit cold. The location of the apartments is great, there is a lot of beaches around to chose from and it is really close to Cascais, a taxi costs only 7 euros to get there. There is a shopping centre within 10 minutes walk with a supermarket and a Pizza Hut right next door. The owner was very helpful and organized a baby cot and a high chair for us. The mini guide that was provided by the owner was very useful. We would like to recommend windsurf cafe in Praia de Carcavelos . They have great fresh food for reasonable price in a great location right on the beach. The sightseeing of the castles in Sintra is definitely interesting, but don´t go there with a pushchair. There is millions of stairs with no elevators. Some of the castles require to actually leave the pushchair outside and carry the baby around!!! Oceanarium in Lisbon is overpriced and rather average, but the Lisbon ZOO is really worth seeing.Overall we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment and we would recommend it to everybody; families with/without kids as well as to groups of friends.

Just perfect !

We stayed in Parede for four nights over the Easter holidays with our two kids. We loved the location, in front of the beach, the infinity pool, the very friendly personnel and the wifi next to the pool. Staying in "Appartment 2", we felt right away at home, or actually better than at home. It is beautifully decorated, full of light and it has stunning views of the sea. The appartment was spacious for a family of 4, with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable seating area with leather couches, flatscreen TV and fast internet. Jonas, the owner has thought of every detail to make your stay easy, including directions to the best beaches, restaurant recommendations, transport tips for Lisbon and Cascais, what to visit and which sporting activities to do, and even contacts for a "masseur" or a trusted taxi service, which conveniently picked us up and delivered us to Lisbon Airport, punctually and comfortably. We loved the place and our kids too. It was very easy to get to Lisbon and Cascais by train, so you do not need to rent a car. Everything is near, yet you are still in Portugal, not in "touristland". So you can shop, where the Portuguese do, eat authentic food and feel as "Lisboners on their weekend retreat" do. We definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back next year.

From the Owner

We cannot think of a better place, in Europe. The apartments are fabulous and you are close to everything. It’s a quite noble area and not very touristic. On the cafes, restaurants and small stores around they quickly gets to recognize you and takes good care of you. You have the gym, pool and beach on you doorstep and if you want to go to the center of Lisbon or Cascais, you take the train, less than 20 min to Lisbon and 10 minutes to Cascais center. Close to the house you have plenty of restaurants and cafes and the prices are much less than on the touristic areas. Then of course, for us that like to keep moving, you have the beach of carcavelos to walk or run but best of all is the gym club and spa in the same building, its so great.

The property is located along the seaside and the beaches are 1 min distance with restaurants and beach activates such as surf and snorkeling. There are quite many nice cafés closely and the center of Parede is very nice with its daily market with fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. With a car you are 15 min away from Lisbon center and 10 from Cascais center. Of you prefer the train, there is a station just 5 min walk from the house and the train takes you to Cascais in 10 min and to Lisbon in 20 minutes.
