Description: This beautiful apartment is located in a stunning location and is in prestige condition. The apartment is literally 50 metres away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The access to the beach is made directly from the garden, as are the local shops, restaurants, private beaches and bar. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. It has recently been renovated to the highest standards which include ; high speed internet , air conditioning , flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player , fully equipped state of the art kitchen including dish washer , oven , induction cooking plates , toaster , kettle ,, cutlery etc . A barbecue is located in the garden as well as sun lounges and mountain bikes with a direct access to the brand new tennis court . The garden terrace is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals and barbecues. This charming apartment comes with a beautiful fully equipped bathroom including a power shower and new washing machine and a towel heater.

The bedroom includes a king size bed with a dressing table and bedside tables along with a sliding closet with plenty of space , a window and mirror .

The inside includes a fold out settee for two, a flat screen HDTV, DVD, satellite access, internet access, CD alarm, and fully equipped kitchen. The brand new kitchen offers an oven grill, electric cooking plates, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, coffee machine. All necessary cutlery is provided.

All lighting is by 'spot' ceiling with three different dimmer zones.

The garden terrace includes a thick table with four chairs and a sun shade. Also a 'weber' barbecue is provided. There are two sun lounges with mattresses, and two mountain bikes.

There is a brand new tennis court (front), and to the rear of the building is located the parking areas as well as the clothes lines. Also, to the rear of the building is access to your local grocery shop (English papers etc).

The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate.

The studio is 50metres from the beach, 100 metres from the shop and 100 metres from the restaurants.

Perfect for the beach!

A very spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment ideally located for the beach, which is just a two minute walk away. The outside terrace is sunny and private. Inside the apartment has everything that is needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed is very comfortable! There is plenty of private, secure parking. St Clair is a small resort but it has much to offer with its sandy beach, lovely views, bars, restaurants and a small shop. As well as the sea on the door step, the apartment is an excellent base for visiting a range of places. Le Lavandou is a short distance away and the port can be reached by a short walk along a coastal path. Having previously visited St Tropez and other resorts to the east, we headed west and visited Toulon and Marseilles. A really enjoyable stay!

Truly enjoyed this experience. Apartment was well appointed. Excellent location, we had everything one could possibly want or need right in the area. Great location to the wonderful sandy beaches with fantastic restaurants nearby and a little shop for essentials.

Perfect for Two

Our favourite beach, just two of us, all we could need for a relaxing holiday. The location is just perfect for two people wishing a beach holiday at one of the best sandy beaches on this part of the coast. Walk out the gate and the beach is in front of you. A little shop a couple of minutes away where you can pick up fresh bread and essentials only adds to the pluses of this flat. Plenty parking just by the front door in a private car park. No worries there. The landlord was at the end of the phone if ever we had a query, always helpful. I would have no issues staying there again.

Very nice appartement at the beach

Small and very well equipped apartment for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 little children). Alex, the owner of the house, is also the owner of the best beachclub in the neighborhood "la Pinede".

Fabulous apartment adjacent to a beautiful beach

We have stayed in this apartment several times now and really wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else. Fab apartment practically on the beach, near to restaurants but so quiet and relaxing. Beautiful patio area with sun beds and barbecue. What more could anyone want ??

The studio is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Lavandou in a small village called St Clair. St Clair beach is a10min walk from le Lavandou which is 40min away from St tropez and Toulon by car. Toulon/Hyeres international airport is 20mins away. There are too many local attractions to mention , but here is a list of some; The beautiful islands of port-cros and porquerolles, the famous villages of Bormes Les Mimosas, Collobrieres, Gassin, St Tropez, Ramatuelle, tha amazing beaches of Cabasson , Bregancon, and Cavaliere, the beautiful hills of 'les Maures' etc. The studio is walking distance from all main amenities including great restaurants, bars,private beaches, shops etc. So, for peace lovers or sports lovers or adventurers the area has everything one could want for, except maybe snow!
