Spacious 4 bedroom villa with great seawiew

El Capricho - Is a delightful home, build in 2006, tastefully decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The accommodation comprises of a spacious octagonal master bedroom with views of the Mediterranean, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Down a flight of stairs to 2 x twin bedded rooms that share a bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and the second double bedroom that also has an en-suite bathroom (bath + a walk-in shower). These 3 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hobs (stove top), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc and a washing machine and iron/ board in a separate laundry room. It also has a flatscreen Television With these channels: BBC One London

Enjoy evenings around the pool or on one of the many terraces

The child friendly pool area is below one of the terraces and has a lovely shaded area to relax in. Enjoy an al fresco meal at the poolside barbecue, and then cool off with a dip in the pool. El Capricho is a perfect retreat for that stress free holiday. Sun loungers, garden furniture etc are all provided at different terraces around on the property. The tranquil courtyard with the sound of bubbling water from the fountain is a lovely cool quiet area to escape and have an afternoon siesta in the shade! Our family loves to have walks on the beach or if you want, its a lot of posibilities if you love the nature.

On the west is Puerto Banus and Marbella, enjoying fame and luxury. In just twenty minutes away, you will find the Marina Selwo Aquarium in Benalmadena and the Tivoli amusement park. A superb villa

I have rented a number of villas over the past few years and this was the best.it's in a great location and is very well equipped. Wifi is efficient and for once tv included loads of uk channels and not just the dreaded BBC World! The air conditioning was silent and efficient which was wonderful on some very hot days and nights. It was also great to have so many decent restaurants within a short walk. We'll be going back!

Beautiful, large villa in fabulous location

We have just returned from spending a week at this lovely villa, which is only a 5-min walk from the beach.

We chose this villa as it has plenty of bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3) to easily accommodate our large family of 4 adults and 4 children, and when we arrived we were definitely not disappointed. It has bags of space, lots of cupboards/storage and being over 3 levels we never felt on top of each other.

It has all the mod cons you would expect and plenty of plates, cutlery etc which can often be lacking in holiday rentals. It also had useful things like strong shopping bags and clothes driers (with plenty pegs!) so you can hang up your washing or wet towels outside on one of the many balconies or terraces. The pool was a good size and there were lots of sun loungers plus there are 3 different eating areas outside (on the various levels) which again made this villa such a pleasure to stay at.

For us the location was also key as we didn't want to rent a car so deliberately chose somewhere close to Malaga Airport (approx 30-mins by taxi) and we wanted to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. There are lots of family-friendly beaches nearby with beach bars and we visited these a lot. There are a few restaurants near the villa - one of our kid's favourites was Papa Luigi's which served simple but good Italian food (pizza, pasta) and had very reasonable prices. There is a supermarket within the nearby Los Amigos Beach Club resort which we visited daily to stock up on all the usual essentials.

For a larger supermarket you can get a bus to Fuengirola (the stop is a 5-min walk from the villa), which has a large shopping mall called the Miramar and also a large Lidl. In fact we visited Fuengirola a couple of times as it is so close (10-mins by bus) and very cheap to travel to by bus.

You can also get a bus to Marbella (the stop is on the main road about 15-min walk from the villa) - this bus also stops at all the towns on the way to Marbella. We particularly enjoyed walking around the old part of Marbella which was very pretty and very traditionally Spanish.

Throughout the whole booking process and prior to our stay, the owner has been very quick to respond and was very helpful when answering my questions.

So overall, we enjoyed a fantastic week staying at this villa which had everything we needed and more, plus gave us easy to access to so many great places. We hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful house in 'strategic' location

Comfortable, spacious and well kept house. Owner is helpful and fast with communication. Many places of interest are within easy reach (Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda, Sierra Nevada, Granada, Torcal de Antequera, etc..)

Fantastic Villa!

The only thing wrong with this villa was that our stay there ended too soon!

The photos on the web site, although showing the house in a great light, certainly did not do the villa justice. The sea looks farther away in the photos than in reality and the house was much bigger. Very Spanish in style but with every conceivable mod-con. Even large Tesco like shopping bags were provided. Great quality air con in every room, Large private pool on lowest level, 3 bedrooms on first floor close enough together to keep and eye on young members of the family without them feeling isolated, 2 bathrooms and showers on this floor, and a beautiful very large bedroom with en suite, walk in wardrobe and jacuzzi bath on the 2nd floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen were also on this floor as well as an terrace dining table and chairs. There were enough sun loungers, sun chairs, tables, chairs and furniture outdoors to equip a small army! (Unlike previous years where the villas were sadly lacking in enough sun loungers and seating. The free house Wi Fi (2 networks) was very welcome and useful to the younger family members who could keep to date with developments from home on facebook, e mails and internet without worrying about mobile phone rip off charges whilst abroad. I was very impressed with the standard of everything in the villa. Everything was in a new condition and extremely well maintained, also it was well equipped with a large fridge in the kitchen and a large fridge freezer in the utility room. It is more like a small boutique hotel than villa. It is truly great and the best property I have stayed in to date. I would recommend it to anyone, but is particularly suitable for a large family or party up to 8 very comfortably without the over crowed feeling. I would give it 10/10 on every level.
