A spacious apartment, the living room can easily double up as a spare room, whilst at the same time during the day offer lots of space for all.

There's also a good view from the living room of the Old Church across the road. It has everything you need for a short stay away, with fully fitted kitchen and all the appliances you would expect to find.

We operate our apartments with service in mind and look forward to welcoming our guests to London. Castletown House is a family business, and we strive in making a guests stay with us a positive and enjoyable one, and have many reviews on online review sites that give an expanded view on our apartments.

All apartments are fully furnished with excellent facilities, these include; flat screen television - radio/ Ipod dock - hair dryer - shaver point - fridge/freezer - cooker/hob - microwave - kettle/toaster - washing machine - iron & ironing board - internet / WiFi access, also includes all linen and towels. Some apartments have gaming facilities. The Double studio has no washing machine or oven, though our Standard studios have.

Close to the heart of London in the sought after area of West Kensington and Barons Court, you can enjoy the comforts of home, with no hotel restrictions, ideal for leisure and business breaks, where privacy and comfort are a number one priority. We have been awarded a Self Catering 3* holiday rating from the London Tourist Board, which means you can expect a high level of service and comfort.

West Kensington: We are situated in West Kensington, our nearest Undergrounds are West Kensington (2 Minutes) or Barons Court (5 minutes) - Both Earls Court & Olympia Exhibition Centres are nearby - London's major attractions are within 20 to 30 minute

We enjoyed our stay in London very much. The location was great all transportation close by. Mark made great restaurant recommendations and train advise. Very comfortable apartment and great service.

Friendly, neat and accessible

It was great staying at castletown house apartments. Thanks for the thoughtful upgrade and very prompt help/responsiveness for all our needs. The apartment was very neat and well equipped. All we needed were a short walk and very accessible from the apartments. Highly recommend and will look forward to staying here in our future visits

Excellent: Location, comfort, management

An excellent ;Location: 20 to 30 minutes via the nearby District & Piccadilly lines (the Piccadilly is the direct link to Heathrow) to all of London's attractions. A convenient place to stay in residential west London, very close to the District & the Piccadilly lines. It is well run by an attentive staff in an attractive London row house in a quiet & upscale neighborhood. The efficiency apartments are very clean, well-furnished, & quiet, as if one were a guest in a private home without any of the obligations that a guest would ordinarily have. I had a small issue with water pressure, which was immediately taken care of. The management proved alert, attentive, & capable. Given the high price of London hotels, it is moderately priced, an advantage of not being in the center of the city but at the same time a 20 to 30 minute underground ride to most places of interest . There is local shopping for groceries & numbers of nearby restaurants & upscale take-out kitchens, the prize of which is the Turkish kebab restaurant almost around the corner which serves some of the best Turkish middle eastern food I've ever had.

Owner's Response: We would like to thank our recent guest for their review, and we are glad to hear they had an enjoyable stay with us at Castletown House. Our apartments are well equipped for a short term stay in London, with all amenities for self catering provided. Our one bedroom apartments and larger apartments all have a combination boiler that provide hot water & heating throughout, occasionally the pressure can drop, which is very easily remedied as we had done so during this guests stay. We show guests on arrival how everything works, and are on hand should any issue arise. Our main aim is to provide our guests with a home away from home.

Loved this apartment!

We just stayed at Castletown House for 10 nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment was great - clean, quiet (until my 4 and 9 year old arrived), and in a wonderful location. We were less than two blocks from one tube station, and about four blocks from another. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. There were two small grocery stores (the co-operative and Tesco) around the corner, and a large Tesco about 10 minutes away. We didn't have any concerns during our stay, but if we had I'm sure they would have been addressed quickly, as Mark was extremely attentive.

I have no idea when we'll be able to return to London, but I do know that I won't consider staying anywhere other than Castletown House.

We are minutes from West Kensington tube station on the District Line, and a short walk from Barons Court Station on the Piccadilly Line direct from Heathrow. Also we are situated close to Kensington Olympia station for trains from Gatwick.

Victoria station, which serves many coaches and the Gatwick Express, is a mere 15 minute tube journey away. There is also a coach drop off point in Fulham Broadway for selected airports.

Nearby attractions include The Natural History Museum, Science Museum and V&A Museum you are never far from the attractions, with the added benefit of being well located for both the Earls Court & Olympia Exhibition Centre.
