Set in beautiful gardens with two access gates directly on to the beach. there is a very large swimming pool, with paved area to enjoy lying on the sunbeds and taking the all day sunshine. This very spacious 2 bed apartment sleeps 6. Its large terrace has outside dining furniture, sunbeds and direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fitted with German appliances and marble worktops. It has ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric toaster. The lounge has two large sofas and TV and uninterrupted sea views. There are dining chairs for 6 people and a large sideboard. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with a double bed and full bath, the second with 2 single beds and a shower cubical in the bathroom. This apartment provides very spacious accommodation for four people, with ample shaded area on the terrace to enjoy outside living, whilst being safe from the mid-day sun. The development is gated and there is allocated parking to the front of the apartment.

The lounges have ample comfortable seating,TV,DVD, full width patio doors,with uninterrupted sea views. Both are furnished to a high standard. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 1 with executive shower unit. All bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating. Master bedrooms enjoy spectacular sea views. There are ample fitted wardrobes and individual air conditioning. These apartments provide very spacious accommodation, with ample shaded areas on the terrace, to enjoy outside living,whilst being safe from the mid-day sun.

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation.
the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.

Excellent Holiday Venue

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks, it is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed to make your stay enjoyable, the views are as described absolutely wonderful some mornings we could see dolphins and porpoise jumping in the bay fantastic to see :) The area is quiet, and a car is needed but a short drive in either direction see's you in Duquesa Port or Estepona Town both which have excellent supermarkets, restaurants and shops etc, the garage next door to the apartments sells basic goods (including lovely fresh baked bread) The pool is an excellent size within the complex with an interesting waterfall feature, the gardens are beautifully maintained and the residents area's are kept very clean by the team.

Try to visit "El Madero" Bar/Restaurant on Estepona Beach, great atmosphere/food and beach service by Phil from California, along with Rob the two made us feel welcome every time we visited.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for your holiday, we will certainly return soon. Many Thanks to the owners and managers.

We stayed here in June 2014 for a week.

The apartment was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated.

Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The views are wonderful from the living room, main bedroom and the balcony. Quite close to the swimming pool, but we had no noise or disturbance from that.

Estepona is a 10 minute drive away in one direction and Puerta de La Duquesa is 10 minute drive away in the other direction.

A car is necessary, as there is little close by. There is a beach fish restaurant down the beach. This is a good 15 - 20 minute walk away though along the beach.

The old town in Estapona is very nice and Caseras is also worth a visit.

All in all, an excellent apartment in a well maintained and attractive block with a good pool and amazing views.

I would not hesitate to return here again for another trip.

Toller Meerblick

Nettes Appartement mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber vollkommen ausreichend. Schöne große Terasse von der aus man gleich über eine Treppe an den sehr schönen Pool gelangt. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Leider liegt die Anlage direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die Verkehrsgeräusche waren schon etwas störend, muss ich leider sagen. Ein Auto benötigt man unbedingt. Diverse Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar . Diekt neben der Anlage ist eine Tankstelle, an der man warmes Baguette zum Frühstück kaufen kann sowie einiges mehr zu einem überraschend günstigen Preis. Auf der Suche nach einem schönen Strand gefiel uns der Stadtstrand in Estepona am besten. Sehr lang und breit mit der Möglichkeit Liegen und Schirm zum fairen Preis zu mieten. Der Strand direkt am Appartement ist sehr schmal und steinig, hat aber dafür wunderbar klares Wasser, toll zum schnorcheln. Ein ca 10minütiger Spaziergang rechts den Strand entlang und man stößt auf ein breiteres und ruhiges Strandstück, mit Rettungsaufsicht und Liegen. Auch ein schönes Restaurant befindet sich hier, direkt am Meer. Wir haben hier einen angenehmen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank an Darren & Claire für den sehr netten Kontakt!!

The old town of Estepona is just a five minute drive away with its pedestrian shopping area, beautiful old square where you can chose from a big selection of restaurants and bars. There are two marinas within 5 minutes drive one very popular with the British (Duquesa) the other a little more Spanish (Estepona) both have many shops, restaurants, disco's and bars. Just 20 minutes drive away, Marbella and Puerto Banus, offer opportunities to star spot, go upmarket shopping, or party all night. You can take the train to Ronda, described by the BBC as one of the top five train journeys in the world. This one hour forty minute trip takes you through spectacular scenery to this famous old town perched on top of a huge gorge, it has the oldest bullring in Spain, fantastic views over the countryside and lots of special churches. Gibraltar is a gentle 30 minute drive away with its British shops and old red telephone box's. Don't miss the apes or the Dolphin or Whale watching.
