About the property

Ideal place for visiting castles, caves préhist, walks, festivals, restaurants.

2 people with sleeping capacity for a baby (less than one year). The quiet charm of the scenery with maximum comfort, 2 rooms (40m2) and large living room was furnished (30m2) with barbecue. Independent lodging owners of the house, contiguous. The enjoyment of the summer lounge is exclusive for tenants. The courtyard and garden, shared, are large enough to fully respect the peace and independence of each unit. Only the house is the subject of the lease. Large windows overlooking the courtyard and shady garden: linden tree, gingko, magnolia. Grange separating ownership of the country road far from busy. The interior of the accommodation was completely restored in 2012, with a concern for both functionality and harmony. Indoor swimming pool at 5km, open from February to November. Visits to wineries and tasting. At 10 km, in Goujounac at the Fountain Workshop: courses and weekend gastronomic high quality with possibility to carry your cooked products: duck confit, foie gras, mushrooms and pastries etc.

Holiday close to nature, suitable for rest and comfortable. No pets. Only the birds in the trees at dusk ...

Very tourist area: approximately 1 hour of Rocamadour, exceptional seven shrines at the edge of the cliff. A 1 Time Padirac caves with underground river where you walk by boat, and caves of Lacave. 1H30 from Saint Cirq, most beautiful village in France and the prehistoric caves of Pech Merle. 15mn of the castle of Bonaguil, medieval castle defense perfectly preserved. A 3/4 hour from Cahors, Gallo-Roman, Medieval and Renaissance Henry IV with his house.
