Perfect

Laurent et Carole sont des hôtes parfaits. Famille très charmante et accueillante. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés, de la location d'une voiture à la conduite de nos activités de voyage. Ils nous ont également invités à prendre un bon verre l'après-midi avec eux en essayant le planteur traditionnel. Encore une fois une très belle famille. Recommande à 100 %. Et je reviendrai certainement pour réserver avec eux quand je retournerai en Guadeloupe. Merci beaucoup pour le séjour j'espère vous voir bientôt.

Séjour magique !!

Nous avons passé 10 jours à découvrir cette magnifique île et nous rentrons des souvenirs plein la tête : des paysages à couper le souffle, des fonds marins grandioses, des gens souriants et toujours prêts à discuter, une cuisine délicieuse... Au-delà du logement impeccable, équipé de tout le nécessaire, sa situation au centre de l'île est un avantage considérable pour partir découvrir les 4 coins de la Guadeloupe. Et que dire de l'accueil que nous ont réservé Laurent et Carole...Toujours disponibles, avenants (quel bel apéritif maison pour notre arrivée !), prêts à rendre service, nous avons pu bénéficier de leurs précieux conseils. Alors foncez, faites comme nous, laissez vous guider par Laurent et vous connaîtrez les meilleures plages, les meilleurs restos de l'île, pas besoin du guide du routard !! Un grand merci, notre séjour fût magique ! Ce qui est bien lorsque nous reviendrons en Guadeloupe...nous avons déjà trouvé notre future location !! Séjour parfait

Séjour très agréable chez Laurent et Carole qui se sont montrés très chaleureux et disponibles pour nous accueillir et nous conseiller dans nos excursions. La maison, propre, charmante, bien équipée et confortable est idéalement située au centre de l'île. C'est un lieu parfait pour des vacances en famille. Nous souhaitons à tous de passer un moment aussi agréable que le nôtre à la découverte de cette belle île.

3ème fois que nous revenons passer notre séjour chez Carole et Laurent. La location est toujours aussi agréable, l'Accueil parfait. Lors d'un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe, nous reviendrons évidemment...

Why they chose this property

As we already mentioned, the villa's central location means that it is very close to a great number of sites and services, like the airport, the marina, restaurants, the hospital, the city centre, supermarkets, and the beautiful beach of La Datcha au Gosier. If you feel like venturing slightly further, you can reach almost all of Guadeloupe within 45 minutes. This means you can visit the beaches as well as the various mountain trails (located in different areas, but most notably in Basse-Terre), and also Saint-François, Trois Rivières, Deshaies, etc. Like our guests, we spend time in these areas all year round.

What makes this property unique

I moved here several years ago, and I take part in many different activities on the island. I am always on the lookout for new things Guadeloupe has to offer.
My advice on things to do always seems to help our guests enjoy their stay. Sometimes I go along with them when they go on professionally-run excursions, like hiking (exploration, casual, intense, etc.), sea fishing (trolling, jigging, big-game fishing, etc.), exploring the marina area (snorkelling, scuba diving, blue water hunting, etc.), and aerial activities (ultra-light aviation, autogyro, etc.). You can also visit the nearby beaches and restaurants, rent a car and explore the island, etc.
The most important things to do here are discover the island, explore its amazing and wondrous areas, meet new people, and relax.
