Great location, superb host

We stayed 3 nights in Bearskin neck. Communication was informative and response timely. Easy check in, clear instructions with recommendations for everything- including parking to restaurants to things to do nearby. Space is comfortable and compact Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and patio is excellent for people watching. Location is incredible. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect New England Stay

This is the cutest little cottage in the most picturesque locations. There is no shortage of shops, restaurants, or ocean views. I highly recommend breathing in that salty sea air and visiting this location. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was very clean. Matt was available if we needed anything and was quick to respond if I had a question. Would definitely stay again.

Charming location, quaint housing. Close to great restaurants, entertainment and adventures. You have to great creative with the parking! Different beach locations were fun to discover:)

Really fell in love with this place. Great location, can walk everywhere. We had everything we needed and more. Accommodations were awesome, very nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed to cook. Highly recommend for romantic getaway or room for small family.

Sail Loft

Overall nice place. Comfy, clean and close to shops. Was frustrated with no on site parking. Must use public parking .3 miles away. Metered during day but free at night.

Motif #1 is a popular attraction, while Old Garden Beach is a hidden Gem. Kayak rentals, Lobsters in the rough, surrounded by water as you stay on Bearskin Neck- it's all steps away.

What makes this property unique

The Sail Loft is a unique property seeping with history. Built in the early 1800's, this building once serviced the sails of the local merchants. The Granite company in Rockport even housed its oxen in the back quarters, as they were used to pull the granite from the quarries to the wharf and the granite blocks were loaded on ships - and sent from Nova Scotia to Chesapeake bay.

The exposed Beams of this historic building add the charm, while most of the other living areas have been tastefully renovated to provide a clean, uncluttered, well appointed space that will make you feel right at home- without feeling like you are in someone else's home!
