Vacation apartment near Old Quarter

This apartment is a very good price for the location. The location is very convenient: only 1 km to the Old Quarter, 2 blocks to a Casino supermarket and 3 blocks to the Palace. The washing machine works well, and a lundromat with good dryers is right across the street. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom modern, the glass French doors in the bedroom and kitchen let in the morning sunlight from across the courtyard. The French doors on the opposite side open onto the street. The neighbors are owners and wonderful people. The salon furniture is not comfortable but would suffice for short vacations. There was an odor, possibly from dampness, so you will want to ask if that was resolved. The proprietress is willing to resolve any issues that may arise. She is honest and fair.

Très bel appartement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce et aux photos. Très pratique pour un couple ou une famille. Propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le centre ville est à deux pas. La proprio est super sympa. J'ai adoré les volets roulants complètement opaques :)

Logement agréable et très bien situé.

Appartement bien situé, à moins de 20 minutes à pied de la gare, et à 10 minutes environ du centre historique. Des arrêts de bus sont à deux pas de l’immeuble, ce qui est pratique. L’appartement est lumineux, confortable, propre, et fonctionnel. Son équipement est parfait. Attention, le linge n’est pas fourni, se mettre d’accord avec la propriétaire qui est très sympathique, avenante, et coopérative. Elle a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à la gare.

Je recommande cet appartement où on se sent vite chez soi !

Etant venue pour une formation, j'ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement bien situé, agréable, spacieux, propre et surtout lumineux et très ensoleillé. Le petit souci de remontée d'odeur qu'avait évoqué un précédent locataire est bien réel mais il y a suffisamment de produits sur le marché pour masquer cette odeur et profiter des lieux, en tout cas ce fut mon cas. Marie a eu l'amabilité de venir me récupérer à la gare, ce qui est appréciable surtout lorsqu'on atterrit un dimanche. Marie, merci pour votre accueil et disponibilité et si aucun contretemps dans mes projets je vous recontacte pour mon prochain passage. A bientôt!
