For rent in the very heart of Reims, pretty little 85m² house with courtyard. Very sunny and pleasant, you will feel at home. Ideally located: 5 minutes away from the train station, cinemas, entertainment halls, restaurants and shops. Also near the Centre des congrès. The access to the highway only 5 minutes away will make it easy for you to visit the vineyard and the Champagne cellars. Close to the historic centre, the cathedral, the museums, and the Palais du Tau.
Renovated, It has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, electric coffee maker, tableware and cooking accessories), a living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, sofa bed for 1 person. 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new bedding (linen provided), and 1 attic bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate WC. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. Garage, cleaning fee of 50 Euros. The house is perfect for couples or families, but it also adapts very well to business tourism (office and WiFi). It is very modular for long stays. It can be rented for weekends, weeks or months. Arrival and departure times are flexible.

Lovely centrally-located house in Reims

The house was in a great location, just minutes to the center of the city with a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops and all the famous Reims monuments. It was very clean and cozy and had all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable self-catering stay. The off-street, lock-up garage was a great asset as parking was at a premium in the area. The only slight disadvantages were the only WC being located downstairs and the terrace not getting any direct sunshine in the afternoon and evening time..... but this may have been due to the time of year. Overall, a great location to explore the Champagne Region and also only an hour's drive to Verdun and the Battlefields. The owner, Veronique was very friendly & helpful upon arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property!

very good

Very nice, clean and warm house right in the center of the city. The bedrooms are very cosy. Kitchen is well equipped.There is a private garage, it is important if you have a car, because all the parkings nearby are not free. Veronique and her husband were very helpful. So we really enjoyed our vacation in Champagne.

Séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison de ville, la communication a été un vrai plaisir avec la propriétaire, toujours disponible. Seul bémol pour les escaliers qui font vraiment énormément de bruits et réveillent les enfants si on se lève la nuit, mais cela fait parti du charme de l'ancien de la maison !
